Welcome to Berniewood, tucked into the Captain’s Watch condominium complex just one block from the beach! Ideally located in downtown Tybee Island, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the Tybee Pier.

Start each day with coffee and sunrise on your furnished balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary, clean décor style with an open floor plan and all the comforts of home. The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gleaming granite countertops, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. Sit down for a meal together in the dining room or grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar before heading out. If you’d rather stay close to home, the sparkling rooftop pool is the perfect place to work on your tan.

Unwind at home each evening in the central AC while you toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh. Entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. Even better, step out for the night for some Tybee Island nightlife, but not before a bit of people-watching and a sunset cocktail on your balcony. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
