Short getaway

Everything was fine, great place to stay. It was clean overall other than a few things, like door facings and there was a terrible smell in the entryway to the condo, thankfully it did smell inside the condo. We would stay again, but please figure out that smell and get rid of it

Vacation

Overall stay was good. View was gorgeous, beds were average. My only problem was the floors. My socks and feet were black my first night there. I had to mop the floors.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay in 1-1210. The management company was quick to respond when we had an issue with one of the toilets. Our only complaint is housekeeping was knocking on the door at 7:30 am the day we checked out even though check out time was 10:00 am. She waited outside in the hallway until we actually left which was awkward.

Not properly cleaned

This condo is in very bad need of a deep clean. Door frames, floors, countertops, couch has dried pieces of something on it. I had to order Clorox wipes to wipe things down including light switches. Toilet straight ahead inside door didn’t flush but maybe every few times. Lots of flickering light bulbs, patio furniture is old and balcony dirty. Linens are very threadbare. Wouldn’t stay here again

5 star view

The resort is nice. Pools are clean with lots of lounge chairs (we were there off-season so no problem getting a chair). It's a pretty big haul from the parking lot to the condo but they do provide luggage carts for check-in and check-out. The condo was a decent size for the four of us (all adults) and the layout was good. It looks recently painted and felt overall clean until we got to the furniture. The curtains in the bedrooms and balcony windows were old and had some stains. The two accent chairs in the living room were really, really dirty. We put towels down before sitting on them. The very small kitchen table only seats 2 people and was pretty wobbly. The worst part was the balcony furniture. It was so rusty that we had to sweep up all of the pieces of rust on the floor before being able to walk out on the balcony. And we were not able to sit on the chairs because of the rust. That was so disappointing as we had planned on being able to eat our meals and have some drinks on the balcony to watch the beautiful view. It's definitely a 5 star view, but I give the overall rating a 4 (3.5 if I could) because of the old furniture that really needs to be replaced.

Everything was great. Host was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. Checkout was also simple. We had an awesome week and would stay here again!

The room seemed “clean” until you’re actually in it and you realize it was hardly wiped down. We didn’t receive a code for the door and when we finally did it didn’t work and we had to wait on the phone for roughly 15 minutes trying to get a new code. The beach view was nice but not worth the money we spent on the place after everything else. Driving almost 10 hours not being able to check in til 4 and then not even being able to get in our room til later ruined it for us.
