Remember when going to Granny & Pappys was perfect because they had everything you needed to be comfortable? My Grandparents showed us how to be hospitable & accommodating & we would like you to pass that on to you. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, cul-de-sac lot with a park at the end of the street. Perfect for families, pet friendly, large back yard w privacy fence, 2 car garage.

3 adjustable king size beds which allows you to raise the head and feet for a comfortable night stay with TVs in every bedroom including Samsung TV with 1000 channels, HBO Max, Prime Video. Enjoy your morning coffee on the quiet private covered patio with comfortable patio furniture, shade, and a tree line setting. 70-inch TVs in the living room & family room for a movie night, the big game or television event. Private master bath with a second full bathroom containing a stand-up walk-in shower, both bathrooms contain a built-in Bluetooth for you to enjoy your music while you get ready for the day with mood lighting, kitchen with built-in microwave, dishwasher, fully stocked with kitchen items to prepare for dinner. Secondary freezer & refrigerator in garage if your stay is longer for food storage.

I do encourage you to check the competition before you book including our upgraded adjustable beds. All of the typical restaurants are within 1-2 miles and local establishments
Pets
There is a $150 pet fee (per pet, per stay). Just let us know how many and what kind of animals you are bringing. The back yard is large with a privacy fence, and we are pet friendly.
Visitors
Inviting friends & family over is allowed upon reason NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. We ask that your reservation request reflect the number of total guests spending the night, the reason for your visit, and the number of people that may be at the property at one time during your stay. No more than the 6 people can be at the premises at overnight <2 people per bed> For visitors not spending the night, I simply ask that you provide us an estimate on how many visitors you expect at one time during your stay. The individual who books the reservation must be present.
No smoking of any kind within the premises or garage is allowed.
Smoking outside is permitted and we have smoking areas available with ashtrays. No used cigarette butts are to be thrown in the yard or driveway. SMOKING VIOLATION WITHIN THE PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN A $500 DEEP CLEANING FEE.
Always be respectful to our neighbors, No loitering on the premises is allowed. No obsessive noise on the outside of the property is allowed between 7PM - Noon during your stay. No excessive traffic is allowed. The driveway allows for a maximum of 4 vehicles of any typical sized vehicles at one time. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor's properties.
Late check-outs
Please be respectful to our cleaner's time as we may have a check in on the same day as your check out. All cleanings are scheduled at 11:15AM and our cleaner will be at the property at 11:15AM. If you need extra time past your 11AM check out time, we ask that you notify us the day prior to your check out and before 10AM the day of your check out. If your stay needs an early check-in or late check-out, we simply remind you that communication is always the most important factor on your arrival and departure dates. We do strive and want to accommodate your stay to the best of our abilities.
Security cameras
There are recorded security cameras on the exterior of the property only monitoring the front, left & right sides, and the rear of the property for your added safety, the safety of the property, & neighborhood. Any tampering with the security cameras will result in a $500 fine per camera.
We want your stay to be comfortable & without disruption or incidents & always respect our neighbors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for LOUD MUSIC DURING YOUR STAY, HEAVY DRINKING, AND ILLEGAL DRUG USE OR POSSESSION.
ANY police disturbances or police reports filed from your stay will result in a $1,500 fine & considered a violation of your stay.
Before we accept your booking, we will ask you that you have read & clearly understand all of the house rules & agree to the house rules.
