Located on our first floor, this open, airy, beach view condo is the perfect spot to spend your beach sabbatical. With two bedrooms and two full baths, this unit is great for a family vacation or a couples getaway. The master suite boasts a spacious king size bed with a large closet, flat screen TV, single vanity and separate washroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom, equipped with a comfy queen size bed also has a sizable closet and flat screen TV. Across the hall, you'll find the second full bathroom also with a shower/tub combo, perfect for a relaxing, post-beach soak. The fully stocked, open kitchen with its beautiful cabinets and granite countertops makes it easy to whip up a home cooked meal while still enjoying the company of those unwinding in the living room. With a two-person breakfast bar, a four-person dining room table and a furnished balcony, you can enjoy a meal any way you please. You also have the luxury of two poolside grills perfect for grilling up some of our famous Gulf Seafood or having a BBQ lunch. You can find comfort in the large, plush sofa and two oversized chairs in the living room, perfect for a cozy movie night or a lazy board game afternoon.
Set the coffee pot early so you don't miss a ray of sun! When you get the beach bag packed and the swimsuits on, stop by the community pool for a dip or head straight down to our unrivaled white sand beaches. When your toes hit the sand, you'll find a convenient beachside rental company ready to set up beach chairs and an umbrella for you. Dive right into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, build a sandcastle on the shore and make sure to grab a shell to bring back home. When you've soaked up all the sun you can handle, you can wash those sandy feet at one of our outdoor showers and chillax on a poolside recliner. Or take a quick trip up the elevator and enjoy an afternoon drink on your private balcony, as you watch one of our breathtaking sunsets. Don't forget to put those wet beach towels in the washer/dryer located next to the guest bath so they'll be fresh and ready for your next trip down to the beach.

Pet friendly- 1 Pet is the max allowed and must be added to your reservation at booking. There are no exceptions to the 1 animal limited. Cats are not allowed.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
