Thank you for your input and sorry you had some concerns with renting our home. I’d like to address these: 1.) We’ve walked to the beach many times and at most, it took 15 minutes, usually 10 minutes. Of course, there’s plenty wildlife on the walk to the beach and many people stop to view the area and could take a half hour or more to get there. 2.) You are correct, there is no sidewalk getting to the beach, but there is a 4 foot white line for people walking along the road and hopefully drivers slow down because there’s a 25 MPH speed limit. 3). Moody Beach is a semi private beach. It’s the only beaches on the east coast that the owners of the homes on the beach own the land to low tide, although anyone can use it along the entrance and when it’s low tide or close to low tide can be used closer to the ocean. There’s also a public beach called North Beach, just a half mile down the road. 4.) The grill was looked at before you arrived and was cleaned and in good shape, not sure why you found it non functional. 5.)We don’t expect our renters to throughly clean the entire house, but keep it somewhat the way you found it. That information along with other important notes about our home were listed on our refrigerator for all renters to review. Our renters were very cooperative with our concerns and we had very good communication. As mentioned, some expectations just don’t align, but we do appreciate their feedback.
