NEW TO MARKET! This new construction has everything! This concrete house is waterfront with great views of Bonefish Bay. The 70 foot dock is built in 10-12 foot water. It is frequented by manatee, dolphin, and numerous mangrove snapper. The large heated pool is surrounded by Turkish marble pavers that are cool to your feet.

House has double master suites with en suite bathrooms and every necessity to make our home feel like yours.

July 4th in the Keys

Great property. Accurate listing, close to everything in a quiet street. Great for boating.(bring bumpers and dock lines) Would stay again.

Bonefish by the Bay

Gorgeous heated pool and great location on the bay. We loved stand up paddleboarding and kayaking off the dock and exploring Somrbrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park. Home was clean with eating areas inside, on the deck and down on the pool patio. Weather was perfect every day and close to restaurants and shops. Our favorite was Conch Custard, plus the pizza food trucks. Also had a blast rentng Jet Skis from Wet Willie's down by the 7 Mile Bridge.Great first trip to Marathon Key and can't wait to come back next year!

Fishing vacation

Nice property, love the 2-boat docking. Recommended Improvements: really needs a fish cleaning station with water at dock, bedroom mirrors and a couple more tvs.

Get away to Paradise

Great home, quiet dead end street. Michael, our host, was awesome, super responsive. Nice pool, great dock to tie up the boat and fish from. We hope to stay here again!!

Fantastic getaway

Perfect vacation rental! Fully stocked, exceptionally clean and great location. Pool was so enjoyable. Fishing was fun off dock. Many amenities beyond listing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely a return visit!

We had great stay at this place. . We come yearly to Marathon and this was first year we stayed this area. House was beautiful and close to everything. My big thing was a big open kitchen since our family love to cook and we celebrated my younger one birthday making delicious cake. Kids enjoyed fishing, catching so much fish even shark. Sunsets and manatees. Kayaks was also available for use which was amazing. Pool was great the only thing it was very hot by then end of day but kids really enjoyed it. By reading all the comments and someone complained about white stuff. My personal opinion I loved it. Made house look light and roomie. Some people are like that and would find always something to say. Instead enjoying time with family ). Living room does need maybe bigger family couch as we watched many movies together and it was quite small to crash on )))) But over all the trip was excellent. So many memories made this year once again. Thank you for hosting us. Over all rating A

Exactly what we wanted!

This property had everything we wanted: a dock with great fishing, a large pool, indoor and outdoor lounge space for our large group, and close proximity to everything we needed. The property manager was very communicative and let us know all of the code information the morning we arrived. There were plenty of towels and blankets for swimming and getting cozy after a day in the sun. We used the grill to make lunch every day and spent a lot of time on the dock and in the pool. The lights under the house made the outdoor entertainment space more usable and we enjoyed night swims in the changing pool lights every night. We had 7 people in our party (3 couples and one single) and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The house was close enough for a drive to Key West for the day and we were near various restaurants and grocery stores.

I'll start with I would actually rate this overall at 3.5 stars. The positives: -Michael was very responsive with almost zero wait when he was messaged-The pool was awesome to have...almost wish it was cooled rather than heated though. In 95 degree weather, it wasn't refreshing. But kids didn't care!-Great location. More away from the more developed areas & the canal was perfect access to both the Gulf & Atlantic with the boatThe downsides:- all white is great, but it's very easy to spot anything that maybe wasn't cleaned well. You can definitely tell it's a rental & maybe approaching the time where many things just need replaced & a deep clean needed. Everything was clean...but also stained from constant use (sheets, duvets, bed throw pillows) It just gets to a point where it's better to buy some new bedding vs continuing to bleach it. - the living room furniture was honestly terrible. It is so incredibly small & cheap. Seriously reminded us of something a frat house would have. It's also extremely stained like a frat house would have. - pool dining table & chairs were peeling so bad that if you sat on it, you got up with black flakes all over you. The pool area cushions were also super stained. - like previous reviews said, a fish cleaning table at the dock would have been super helpful & nice to have - a 4 pm check in time, on our opinion, is super lateSo, as my title said: it worked. We had fun, were comfortable & Michael was kind.
