This cottage is ready for you to enjoy, just bring your swimsuit. Located just a 5 minute drive from the famous Perdido Key beaches. Ample parking, fenced yard and outdoor eating and grilling area to relax day or night Once you enter you will be met by the beautiful open floor plan. The kitchen, living room and dining area are wide open giving you that spacious feel that we all love. This cottage sleeps up 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children. This cottage is located behind the owners house behind a 6 foot privacy fence. This cottage is your own oasis after a long day at the beach or visiting the many surrounding attractions. Close to walking paths, playgrounds and marinas you are never far from the action!!!!

Our stay was very pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed and the property was as described. The owners were very good about responding to our communications and the property was very clean.

This property is much larger than a regular one-bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything necessary for cooking. The yard is completely fenced and large. Also available are beach chairs and an umbrella. It was a very quiet location

Returning satisfied customers

We really enjoyed our second stay at this location. The hosts are wonderful and respond to every concern or question and their expectations are clear. The house was clean and had everything in it we could possibly want. The location is 5 min from the beach and 20 min from downtown Pensacola.

Great Location, Responsive Owners

Small house very neat. Had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and had lots of suggestions of things to do and see in the area. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was a nice wild area across the street where we could walk our dogs every day and the fenced in yard was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed our two weeks there.

Great house if your traveling with pets.

We have stayed in this house twice. We travel with our dogs and the fenced in backyard was a great size for them. The house is a good size with enough space in the bedroom to fit 2 large kennels. The house is clean. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook. My kids loved making shakes in the blender! The beds were all comfortable and the ac worked great. The house backs up to a beautiful woods area. Such a pretty property.

Perfect

Lovely little cottage away from people and noise. Centrally located between beaches, attractions and downtown. Host was readily accessible if I needed something. Loved the fenced yard and privacy. I only wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Comfortable cottage

Nice place with lots of amenities, and friendly, helpful owners! Short drive to beaches and attractions.. unfortunately it was a bad week to pick for our visit.. impending hurricane required us to leave a couple of days early.. 🙄 But we would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to this area.. 👍🙂

Amazing!!!!

Owners were very thoughtful and sweet and made sure our stay in Florida was absolutely worth the drive down there. From the maps of the city to the amenities of the house it was perfect! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Perfect little cottage close to beaches!

We loved our stay in the little cottage, everything we needed was there. The owners leave a memory book that all guest sign with their experience from best beaches to best places to eat. Loved reading the stories. This little cottage was just far enough distance from all the tourist but close enough to some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! We are looking forward to returning!

This house was like a home away from home. It was perfect for our little family. Very clean and has everything you need. Suzanne is very nice and always messaged back fast when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again, thanks for having us!

Cutest little cottage

The place was so cute and cozy, just what i was looking for. I brought my dog with me and it was very accommodating for me and my dog. Very nice fenced in area for my dog and my self to just sit out and enjoy the evenings. The beach is a short drive away. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again!

A lovely Cottage

We were very pleased with our stay at this very lovely cottage. Clean and bright with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The beach is just down the road and there are lots of places to visit and shop. Thank you Susanne and Aaron for being such great hosts. Carolyn, Leigh and Janice.

Relaxing cottage in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed two weeks at this little gem. It was very comfortable for the two of us and our little dog. Very grateful to have a gas BBQ and an equipped kitchen to cook the odd meal as one gets tired of eating out while being away. The cottage is close to Perdido, Orange Beach, Gulf shores, Pensacola, and so many other great places to visit and explore. We had a few days were we didn't venture very far and just enjoyed the cottage and what it had to offer. Was great to have a fenced yard for our little dog and a relatively quiet street to take him on walks. The owners were super friendly and respectful of our privacy.

We’ll be back!!

We had an amazing time during our spring break vacation. During the day there’s so much to do in the surrounding areas. Pensacola is 10-15 min East, Perdido beaches are Superb about 10 min or less south and Orange Beach & Gulfshores about 21-26 min west. After spending all day out and about, it was nice to be able to come back and relax on the house. Fenced back yard, allow small dogs, gas grill and plenty of land to play with my 4 and 9 year boys. The owners are phenomenal and really made us feel welcomed. Easy check in and check out process as well. Groceries, gas stations, and good local restaurants nearby.

We will definitely return!

We loved this rental for our 3 night stay! There was plenty of room. Plenty of sleeping spots to choose from. The kitchen had everything that you could need. The water pressure in the shower was superb and the hot water never seemed to end! After being at the beach all day and each of us taking showers one right after the other that shower was amazing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There were beach chairs available for us to use which we were very thankful for since we didn't bring any. The house was in a central location which made it easy to get to where we wanted to go. Johnson's Beach and the Naval Aviation Museum were only a few minutes away. We would stay here again for our next trip.
