Plush master with king bed and master bathroom with dual showerheads. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed and built-in twin XL bunk. The Joyful Bungalow features a large open living/dining/kitchen facing the gulf with wrap-around windows for the best views. Additional sleeping room for 2 is offered in the matching sleeper chaise chairs facing the pristine ocean view.

Sunsets can be viewed in the abundance of deck lounging area as well as a second social gathering area below the deck. These spaces will offer the views of the gulf the family will be talking about for years to come.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the cookware needed and the large dining area offers room for 8 with additional space at the bar. If you are working remote, we have provided a work desk and monitor facing the ocean. Enjoy covered parking on the first floor of this elevated home.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap. All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.

You must be 25 years or older to reserve. No events are allowed.
No pets are allowed in this Bungalow due to owner allergies.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
