Stunning 4BR House with Hot Tub & Putting Green - the Ultimate Coastal Retreat
Par4 Beach House was completely renovated in 2022. it is in a great location in the central part of the island, less than one mile from the main road and pier. No detail was missed in the reovation – its absolutely gorgeous! New for Summer 2025 is an outdoor hot tub and putting green! Great place to relax after a long day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your week at the beach.
This home features a great amenity list, including High Speed Wireless internet, HDTV’s, new appliances in the kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, hammock, corn hole and more!
As you walk into you the house you will enter through the side door into the fully stocked kitchen. The main floor has an open floor plan that has the kitchen, den, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is seating for 10 between the breakfast nook and bar stools. Brand new furniture and 55″ HDTV in the living room will make this the ideal spot for relaxing during your vacation. The first bedroom has a queen bed and 34″ HDTV – this room has accss to the back deck. The other bedroom has a full size set of bunk beds and also has access to the deck. These two rooms share the bathroom on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a King size bed. This bedroom has a great view of the ocean, access to to the upper back deck and a 34″ HDTV There is also another bedroom with a full size bunk set (also has access to the deck), a bonus room with a 55″ HDTV, and a daybed with trundle. This bonus room can easily be used as a second den. The upstairs deck has ocean views. There is one bathroom upstairs as well as a laundry room.
This is a great house for 2 families or even a small group. The beach access is a Par4’s walk away (under 5 minutes) and the house comes with a storage closet for all of your beach things. Amenities include chairs, umbrella, beach toys and bikes to explore the island.
Linens can be included for an additional fee. Please let us know upon booking - reasonably priced separately charged.
