Besides the front door keypad not working well, my stay was very nice. There were enough towels and rags. Everything was cleaned, and the amenities were as expected in the game room. I would totally rent again in the summer.

We stayed here for a guys weekend and we’re not disappointed. The house was good sized, clean, and the host was great. We spent a lot of time in the pool and living room, and can’t wait to come back again.

Great house. Owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Only complaint is the games are all in the garage with no a/c and pool table is outside so we were not able to enjoy them as it was so hot so that was a bit disappointing. We enjoyed our stay.

We hosted a baby shower here and found the house itself spacious and thoughtfully arranged,ideal for family gatherings. However, there were several issues that future guests should be aware of:Parking constraints: The property is located on a cul-de-sac with limited on-street parking. The HOA prohibits parking after 10 PM, and the “2-minute” Safeway alternative was more like 10,awkward when juggling event setup and guests.“Game room” misrepresentation: The advertised game room is actually the garage,lacking any air conditioning or heating and extremely uncomfortable to use, even with the door open. Not suitable for children or guests to spend time in.Surveillance and communication: We were monitored via a security camera and received texts from the host during our stay, which felt intrusive and unsettling.Hidden pet fee: Although the listing confirmed that up to two dogs were allowed, with no extra charges stated during booking, we were later billed an unexpected 75 pet fee. This felt coercive and contrary to transparent practices.Overall: While the house itself met our needs, the experience was marred by misleading amenities, uncomfortable facilities, hidden fees, and uncomfortable communication. I’d recommend clarifying these points if you're considering this property for family events.

Family Staycation

There were 9 of us from 4 generations with ages of 1-84. We had a great time. Pool was great for the hot weather. Communication with host was quick and the neighborhood is safe. House was located near a grocery store and fast food. The 4 day staycation was a perfect quiet getaway .

Perfect!!!

I flew in for a 5 night stay and arrived late at night. The home was absolutely perfect and exactly as pictured. The owners went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and that we had everything we needed including a pack-n-play and high chair! I will definitely stay here every time I come in town from now on!

Hidden Oasis

The property was amazing and exactly as advertised. It was a fun for the family event. Kids had a blast in the game room while the wife and I were able to relax outback with a pool table and a beautiful pool to swim in as well. Highly recommend this location for anybody coming to the area.

Nice Visit in Goodyear

We were in Goodyear for a family member HS graduation. Location was great as was near family. The house layout was nice, great for gathering with friends and family. The game room was great but was a bit warm, better to use in evening time. There was minor damage to a few items in the home we communicated to the owner. Also had some cleanliness issues in the home, we also reported to the owner. The A/C went stopped blowing cold air the last night of our stay which was also reported. The owner did respond to the issues and we were able to get things resolved. Beds were comfortable and every bedroom had a TV which was great. Backyard is large and nice pool. Overall a nice place to stay as the broken items I believe are being replaced/repaired.

This property is stunning. From the moment you walk in you notice every detail such as art that was used displayed in each room, to the contemporary decor. The place is very clean and very open for you and your guest.. My daughter graduated Highschool and wanted to just have a staycation with a couple of her friends over while my dad and I played ping pong over looking the pool.

Excellent fun-filled house

The house is extremely nice and is located in an excellent neighborhood. A grocery store and several restaurants are very close as is the Estrella Golf Club. The game room, board games, pool table, ping pong and swimming pool kept the kids/teens super entertained. The grill area and firepit were great for stay at home meals and enjoying the outdoors for social hours. The owners were very available and responsive for any questions or issues that arose. The home is also in a cul-de-sac so the traffic is minimal in front of the home and the yard is large. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Great place to stay

Andrew the host was amazing, he answered all of my questions and ensured my check in was easy. The house was beautiful with an amazing view of Estrella Mountain. The house was clean and cozy, the game room was perfect for adults and kids. Beautiful backyard, with optional heated pool at your request, the fire pit would have been nice if it had propane in it. Overall great and wonderful stay and service. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Clean house, lacked enough standard household goods

The house was nice and clean & the property owner responded quickly to all questions. However, supplies that are typically included (toilet paper & trash bags) were limited to 2 per stay (1.5 rolls of tp available per bathroom). When we asked about supplies he said only 2 per stay were included. Maybe that's enough for most people, but we had 8 female adults staying at the house all day Tues-Thurs and it felt pretty scarce. We had to make trips to the grocery store. It was a lovely house that was very clean, but folks should know to budget a little extra time and money for household items.

Great home in a nice neighborhood

The property was just what my group was looking for. Plenty of space, tons of entertainment and close enough to phoenix that dinner and outings didn’t require too much driving. Highly recommend.
