Beautiful NEW CONSTRUCTION home with great attention to detail! Upon entering the home, you have a large living area overlooking the large and modern waterfall island and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home features 10ft coffer ceilings in the living area and 9.4ft ceilings in all of the other rooms in the home. Large floor tiles throughout the home, a custom built-in tv enclosure with a creative tile design from floor to ceiling, an electric fireplace, and a 65” TV (TV Included). The master bedroom has a separate sliding door leading to the pool, two walk-in closets, dual sinks, and a large freestanding tub with an elegant yet modern backsplash. Behind the tub is a spacious shower with a creative layout. An outdoor entertainment area with a full enclosure and a large pool. This home overlooks the Highlander Canal (Freshwater Canal) with a concrete patio by the water, a great place to light a fire and enjoy a cocktail on the water.

2 week winter escape

It is a beautiful home in a very nice and safe location. It was furnished very complete with towels and many other things you will not find in most VRBO's. Everything was as advertised. the only complaint would be petty. Small secondary bedrooms with not so comfortable beds and pillows. It was a very comfortable place to stay for 2 weeks or longer. I will be booking again next year and bringing my own pillows!

Place was great! Home was stocked well, pool was clean, and heated to our liking. On a canal, we fed the many turtles and fish. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice host, and quick to respond.

Perfect...except

Overall the house and owner are great. But unfortunately when we arrived and opened the front door we thought guest were still in rental because it was very messy and obviously no housekeeping had been done after last guest. Called owner and he got someone over to clean asap. While we were thankful for that we ended up having to try and get ready for our evening plans while some was there cleaning. We all worked around each other but in the end things just didn't get cleaned thoroughly because they had to hurry (I'm guessing?). We ended up washing bath/toilet mats ourselves. The main tv was basically unwatchable, but once we let owner know, he arrived the following day with brand new tv. We would rent from this owner again. I believe this was probably just a one time thing and he was prompt on replying to our concerns.

The property is just as described, brand new build with beautiful details. The main bedroom is huge! The colors and design of the space are lovely and soothing. The pool was our favorite part! There is a nice grill outside too, very nice patio furniture, lots and lots of towels! Kitchen was perfect, had everything we could ask for. The owner was very nice!

Beautiful house and great host

We visit Cape Coral yearly and have stayed at 4 different houses during our vacations. Bill’s house is easily one of the most beautiful houses we have rented. We love the open feel of the living room and kitchen and each of the bedrooms have nice firm bed with lots of storage for clothes and stuff. The pool is great and warms up real quick, we have stayed at houses that were difficult to cool down in the FL heat so would stay at 75-76 degrees even with the AC on full throttle. This house get cool and stays cool regardless of the temperature outside. Bill was incredibly attentive but definitely not over bearing. We were usually the ones that would initiate any discussions and he would call or text back almost immediately. Everything about the stay was top notch and we had such a great time we hope that we can come back next year and enjoy the house again but for 2-3 weeks instead. We did go down to Fort Myers Beach and while the older restaurants are rebuilding or completely closed down we did notice tons of new construction, the beach itself was beautiful and about 40 min away from the house. Thanks for the great vacation Bill hope to be in contact again.

Top of the Line…

Brand new property that was spotlessly clean, well adorned. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. There was nothing that we wanted or needed missing. Way beyond the minimum accoutrements, plenty of towels and linen. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need. Great location, easy to access from major roads. Bill (property manager) was attentive and did everything possible to insure we had a great stay. No need to look any further when we visit Cape Coral.
