Listen to the songs of the bananakeets welcome you to this beautiful villa! This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom villa is nestled into the quiet hillside of Quacco and Zimmerman. Overlooking Johnson reef, the East End, and beyond the Caribbean Sea to the British Virgin Islands.

Easy access from the main road and a fully paved driveway with ample parking. Front porch with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill for dining al fresco. Enter into the spacious kitchen and living area with sliding glass doors all along the front wall; taking advantage of the expansive views and consistent trade wind breezes. AC installed in the main room as well just in case. While there is no oven, you will find a stove cook-top, a large toaster oven and a microwave in the kitchen. Wireless internet, Roku streaming TV, and Bluetooth speaker available for your use.

Take the interior staircase down to the two equal sized, en suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins that can be converted to a king upon request. Both bedrooms have AC and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool deck area.

Lush tropical gardens surround the private pool area. Relax and hear the waves from anywhere at the villa.

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the island’s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.
