Relax on the circular leather sectional for some TV during casual downtime. More vacation essentials include a washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi.

The resort offers endless options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and activities, with three public golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a 113-slip marina, two spas, miles of bike trails, and beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers dining, shopping, and entertainment options for the entire family, with retail shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment experiences, including Blast Arcade and Baytowne Adventure Zone. Visit the Baytowne Marina to enjoy the outdoors with YOLO boards, kayaks, wave runners, parasailing, and fishing charters. Book a dinner cruise on the 125-foot three-deck Solaris yacht or rent a pontoon boat to spend the day at Crab Island.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: From 10/2025- 4/7/2026, this building will be undergoing extensive exterior restoration. You will experience loud construction noise, and heavy equipment and workers will be present. Balconies will be inaccessible from 12/12/25 to 1/7/26.
The pool will be closed from Dec - Jan, and beach access will be closed Jan 5th - 30th.
Please note that all dates are tentative and subject to weather conditions. Please call if you have further questions!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 13.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
