The Pop-Top is the ideal get away for a couple, a friends trip or for a small family. This pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit sleeps 4 and is just a 3 minute walk to the beach!

Features include; a full kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and Rokus so can log into your preferred streaming platform and keep up with your favorite shows.

BED SIZES: 1K, 2T

The cottage is situated at the corner of 10th and Pine. So it’s quiet but just a few minutes from the beach, island restaurants or Bay Front Park for kayaking, grilling and picnics or enjoy dinner and sunset on the covered front porch!

**The upstairs unit is also a vacation rental. There are separate entrances, clearly marked parking, full kitchen and washer and dryer for each unit. The outdoor shower is shared.

Good Time

Overall great trip. Silverware needed washing but house was spotless. Could hear upstairs neighbor all the time other than that it was a really nice trip and peaceful place

Overall good!

The place was overall very clean the only issue was some comforters were stained. The property was awesome we enjoy the out door areas a lot. The only issues were very little towels, very little hot water, and as mentioned stained up comforters. The bikes were so much fun! Overall would stay here again just remember to bring extra towels and blankets and be prepared to have a colder shower which isn’t bad when you have Been in the sun all day

Pop top, good times!!

Had a nice and relaxing few days. The rental was great and as described. Very short walk to the beach. Had great weather throughout our stay. Short drive to Apalachicola for shopping and lunch.

Our issues were as follows.1 lack of hot water for showers2 improperly functioning hair dryer3 only 1 towel per guest for a week long visit4 sparsely stocked, no salt/pepper, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper products, etc.5 no resolution on water issues after calling the office 3 times6 no smoke detectors7 we did love having the bikes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Biggest problem was no hot water . Sporadic. Unable to shower except in cold water. Hot water would last about two minutes. The noise from upstairs was really a nuisance. Heavy walking and sounded like someone stomping all the time.

Great location, and ... bikes!!

The property is wonderful and located an easy walk or bike ride from many beaches and restaurants. We also had a rental car so were able to explore hikes and beaches on either end of the island too! The space itself was wonderful for us, and we even enjoyed the outside porch space, although it could be screened in to make a longer evening of it. :) We didn't want to leave.I am not giving it a higher rating because the check-in process was not ideal: there was not a key code, and we needed to make it to a relator's office before they closed (which surprise! on vacation I could not). Then they were going to leave us an envelope with the key but forgot the key. Haha! Being newer to VRBO, and the whole checking in not at the stay location, I thought I was doing something wrong...when I finally called to ask I was sent to an after hours line, and the people were helpful and responsive, and we were able to check after about an hour of head scratching. Also we could hear folks walking around above us, and while we got no complaints, I wouldn't be surprised if they could hear us as well. This was not a problem for us, but might be for some people especially during the busy season.Overall, loved this place and would highly recommend for others to book here. Don't forget to pedal those beautiful bikes, it was such a fun way to explore the island. Thanks for the stay!

New property- needs a few things

I’m a mom with two very young children. I was traveling by myself and chose this property because it had no interior staircases and seemed relatively baby proof. Constructive criticism for improvement: They could really use an additional latch on the main door that is up top. It only has a basic lock, and no deadbolt, but would benefit from something up high that children could not reach. They only gave you one towel per person, which seemed kind of cheap. There were three brooms with no dust pans and the property managers did not respond to my request for a dust pan. As previous reviewers have said, they really need to add a bathmat or a couple of rugs throughout the unit. It would also be nice if the sliding glass door had a latch up high that children could not reach (currently a broom handle on floor level that the kids messed with the whole time.) Overall, a spacious property, minimally decorated which was great for us, clean, and in a nice location. There is an atrocious house across the street but I didn’t see any activity around it, it just looked abandoned. You WILL hear the upstairs neighbors and their dogs. Hopefully they aren’t sumo wrestlers during your stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pop top was decent but the bathroom needs to be cleaned better , the kitchen needs a vent fan of some kind so that boiling water doesn’t set off the smoke alarm. Offering more than one roll of toilet paper and more than one trash bag would be nice also . Also the guest bed may need a change as every movement can be heard. The upstairs neighbors need a notice to be posted as their steps sound like thunder and there were no quiet hours it seems . I would book again but not for this particular location

An extra bonus was the ice trays were filled with ice when we arrived. The air conditioner worked great which was very important since the temperature was in the 90s the entire week. We had two lights that didn’t work & they were fixed promptly. It was a great place to stay & a wonderful vacation.

Needs some Attention

The beach was great. Quiet, not overcrowded, clean. Easy access. This property however has some maintenance needed. The property smelled like wood rot. The floor in the bedroom was not level. I would not recommend because of the odor. Since it was clean we dealt with it for the two days we were there, but I expect property management to deal with these types of issues without being told. This was a chronic issue that didn’t just come up.

Great Summer Vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute and comfortable place!! We had a very quiet and peaceful vacation. This was our first time staying on this side of the bridge and we loved it! It does have a coffee maker. Thankfully we took a blender because the kitchen amenities were limited, but we expected that from the description. We were able to easily park a boat in the driveway. I believe that this was a new rental so my only suggestions to make it an even better experience would be a mirror in the master bedroom, scissors in the kitchen, and a bath mat(for some reason we didn't have one included in our towel's).
