169 Mooring Buoy will easily become the island oasis your family has been searching for! This beautifully outfitted home is located just a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean! The homeowners completed exciting renovations for the 2023 rental season, including new bathrooms, paint and furnishings.

As you ascend the stairs to the main level, you'll enter the home and be greeted with an open floor plan and coastal decor. The large formal living room features a Smart TV with Roku, multiple seating spaces. Two other chairs are available for a total seating of 8 people. A sleeper sofa is available for use in this room.

The formal dining area is just off the living room and features seating for 6. There is also a breakfast table off the kitchen with additional seating for 6. The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and plenty of cookware to make a meal for your guests.

The fantastic outdoor space can be accessed through doors off the living area and kitchen. With multiple decks and sitting areas, there will be plenty of room to spread out. The spacious pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional cost. Guests also have access to a gas grill.

Two guests bedrooms are located on the main level of the home. The first room features a king bed. The second room features 2 twin beds and a Smart TV with Roku. Both rooms have access to a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The main suite takes up the entire 2nd level of the home. This room features a king bed, dedicated work space, sitting area, Smart TV with Roku and an unbelievable bathroom with multiple vanities, a large soaking tub and a tiled walk-in shower.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
