Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

This unit was very clean which is the most important aspect of a rental. We appreciated the amenities in the kitchen, everything was supplied and in excellent condition. We were fortunate and were able to view three space launches from the property during our stay. The dolphins made a daily appearance and were very fun to watch. Overall the unit met all of our expectations!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It appears to have been recently updated and a lot of thought went into it. The kitchen has newer appliances and was stocked with many plates, flatware, cookware, etc. Everything was bright and cheerful throughout the unit.The property is one of six condos in the building - it is not a stand-alone property. The family room and main bedroom had a great view of the river, and it was nice to enjoy that aspect. There are docks off the back of the property with kayaks and lifejackets available to use at no additional cost.The bedrooms were very comfortable. The main bedroom was adequate in size with a very comfortable king-size bed and across from the main bath is a walk-in closet. The pillows were also quite nice. We had plenty of storage room as well.The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. There was a dresser/night stand in between the two beds.There were two bathrooms. The main bath had a very nice shower, vanity, and toilet. It was well-lit and comfortably sized. The second bath had a tub/shower combination as well as a toilet and vanity. The family room/den was also very nice. It was comfy and roomy, and the five of us had plenty of room to relax and take in the amazing views of the Banana River. The unit also has a full-size, recent model washer/dryer, which is very convenient.Parks, grocery stores, the ocean, and other amenities are within driving distance. From the family room windows, we saw dolphins one evening.

In a nut shell, our Vrbo was perfect. The view, the amenities, quality and tastefulness of the decor and furniture. There were even kayaks and paddle boards to use, if we wished! [We had too many other things planned to go kayaking but if we'd have had another couple days, there would've been no stopping my wife!The pictures show the back yard. There truly are dolphins in there. Other wildlife, too. We loved it!

If you are looking at this property, look no further! I spent so many hours looking at others and am so glad I came back to book this condo. From start to finish it was amazing! The condo is beautifully designed and decorated. The master bed was super comfy! Even though it rained a good bit, we were able to take the kayaks out and see manatees up close! We could see the manatees from the living room also. The condo is so close to the river out back and the views are perfect!! We will definitely be back and will stay at this condo again.

Amazing stay!! What a beautiful home and location. We loved the decor. It really felt like we were at a beach house. Watched a rocket launch right from the front room.We highly recommend this home!!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. We love the amenities and the location. Our family really enjoys going out on the kayaks fishing and site seeing.

This property is a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. The property owner was very helpful. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable, beautifully decorated, everything was clean and the view was outstanding. We used the kayaks every night exploring the river full of dolphins and manatees. We got to see the luminous water at night. The house had beach towels and chairs. The on site property manager was also very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed meeting other guests staying there as well! We worked remote from the house and that could not have been a better working environment. The beach access was easily accessible as well. Plenty of places to eat and shop. One thing to mention bring bug spray and bug rescue cream. The experience is worth the bug bites from Mosquitos on the dock. Again 10 out of 10! Thank you Ron!

Don’t second guess, just book it!

From the unlock of the door to the lock at the end, this was the best get away for us! We enjoyed every minute, soaking in the relaxation of watching dolphins, manatees, catfish all from the windows in the living area. For the adventurous folks out there, use one of the kayaks and peacefully paddle along, you will come across some amazing photo ops with manatees following you every step of the way, for those less adventurous- stay on the dock and you’re guaranteed to have one of those beautiful big manatees float on by! The beds in the condo were luxury, the showers- spacious and perfect after long sweaty days in the Florida heat! Kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs and if you aren’t into cooking, the recommended places to dine listed at the counter are indeed 10/10! Jazzy’s and Tiny Turtle being our faves. If I kept going on how amazing this place was for us, I’d run out of room. Ron and his family exceeded everything we dreamed of in a Florida vacation.

Perfect weekend gateaway!

This property was perfect for me and my two teenage sons who came down for 3 nights. It’s located a quick drive from Orlando, conveniently close to Cape Canaveral and surrounding beaches. We used the kayaks and had a great time overall! Thank you so much!

Sweet manatee getaway

we absolutely loved our stay! Loved sitting on the dock and watching the manatees. The birds are also absolutely lovely. We did see dolphins one day.… But the manatees were there every single day. We even had the opportunity to see them mating. We really enjoyed Cocoa Beach as well. Such a beautiful, clean beach, not very busy at all very few people and beautiful waves. The stand is soft and the water refreshing…..really nice to walk and swin in. We went to a spot where the parking was free and there were bathrooms and outdoor shower to get the sand off your body and feet. Everything in the kitchen was great. Knives that actually cut, wonderful pots and pans and everything you need to make any kind of meal. The beds are soft and luxurious feeling, and the showers are strong and hot. The towels are great, and the bedding is wonderful. We loved it… We both feel very, very, very refreshed and renewed. Don’t resist, book today.

Amazing

I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.
