This spacious open concept layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a queen sofabed and vaulted Caribbean woodbeam ceilings throughout the house. Make your morning coffee and breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, then take it outside and enjoy the view looking out at beautiful Grace Bay.

The open concept living and dining area feature a queen sofa bed and a matching sofa with a large patio door that goes into the wall to create indoor/outdoor living between the livingroom, screened in porch, the lanai and the pool.

The Master Suite features a king bed, high end mattress, large closet with a safe, TV and a private ensuite bathroom with oversized shower. The Guest Bedroom has a beautiful new queen platform bed with the same high end mattress so no matter where you sleep you should sleep very well. There is a queen sofabed in the living room for the 5th and 6th guest to sleep. It is brand new with a high quality mattress.

Villa Bianca is set back on a hill with beautiful Terra Cotta Spanish tiles, a white exterior, mature palms, bougainvillea, and only a short walk to Grace Bay beach. Simply open up the gated entry with the press button remote, walk across the Turtle Cove Rd to the sidewalk and make a right hand turn following the sidewalk to Delancy Lane. Turn left on Delancy Lane which is a paved street lined with other luxurious villas, all having gated entries until you get to the court. There is a path on the left side of the street when you are facing north. It is 0.1 miles to the court. Then walk down the sandy path to the beach within less than 0.1 miles for a total of just under .2 miles from Villa Bianca to Grace Bay beach walking. You can also park on Delancy Lane and walk down the sandy path with your cooler, beach chairs, umbrella just to make it even easier.

We also offer the use of complimentary watersports items for your enjoyment. They include Cressi Snorkel gear with adjustable fins, wide eye masks and dry snorkels. There are 2 stand up paddleboards for now and we plan to add an ocean kayak by November 2023. You can take the paddleboards to the beach and get your exercise while sightseeing, staying cool and enjoying the view.

We offer the option to rent a 23 Foot Pontoon Boat with a private captain for 1 or 2 full days from 9am to 4pm. The Captain can take you to Iguana Island, Half Moon Bay, out to the reef snorkelling for as long as you like. It is a 7 hour private trip and it is built around your interests. You get to enjoy the secluded presstine beaches along Little Water Cay, Pine Cay, Dellis Cay, Fort George Cay all the way to Parrot Cay or North Caicos if you wish to go that far.

In behind Little Water Cay is Half Moon Bay. Some call it a sand bar, others a secluded bay. You can walk to the north shore to look for sand dollars and then over to Iguana Island to explore the wooden boardwalk where the indigenous rock iguana live. There is a look out along the boardwalk which is a great place to take photos featuring lush green leaves, turquoise blue ocean and a sea of boats crossing the Leeward Cut and Grace Bay. The Mangroves are just east of Half Moon Bay.

You can also stop at one of the floating bars such as Noah's Ark and Captain Oak's, or just ride by and check it out. There is a Portuguese ship that ran aground in a storm many years ago. People like to climb up and jump off the ship into the water. The Caicos Banks are on the south side of the island where the ship ran aground just off Long Bay Beach. The tradewinds make Long Bay a amazing place to kiteboard. Whether you are interested in a lesson or two or are experienced and just want to rent a kite, contact one of the Kiteboarding Schools in Long Bay. TCK Kiteboarding School can be found at the beach access just east of The Shore Club. There is a wooden boardwalk leading to the beach with flags saying TCK. Long Bay is also home to Provo Ponies, the best horseback riding in TCI. Many guests enjoy riding the horse along trails to the beach and then into the ocean so the horse can enjoy what we all love, the refreshing Turquoise Blue Sea. They offer 1.5 hour excursions.
