What a great place to stay! It had everything we needed and is so pretty. Super clean! Great views of the sound and a great deck to enjoy. Had it all...Easy communication with hosts..Look forward to a return visit.

We stopped in to check out OBX on our way to SC to visit family. Great location, & clean. We would stay again!

Wonderful views of the Sound

Sound Decision is a great place to stay. My wife and I spent a week there and it's near perfect. The views of the sound (the bay) are amazing both morning and evening at sun down. Was so relaxing to just look out the window and see nature right there! We made use of the included bikes and rode the bike trail along the sound (very relaxing). Walking the bike trail in the evening at sunset was very nice and worth exploring. The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby and the Publix right up the street. The condo is great with a large sized smart TV and included a number of TV services like Prime and Netflix. Very comfortable and decorations were nice. Near perfect. Being in a condo, the only noise we heard was a "squeaky" floor above from people walking but didn't hear their TV or any other noise (for us this was a reasonable expectation). The condo comes with everything you'd need, even a blender to make shakes and a coffee machine, etc. All in all a perfect week and so relaxing. Thanks Brad and Robyn for a great stay! We hope to return again next fall for another perfect week.

Family vacation

Everything was in really good condition and decorated nicely. We could hear the neighbor above at times but that’s condo living. We did appreciate that the host checked in with us many times. Would definitely stay there again!

2023 Girls Trip

This property is amazing! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The view of the bay from the deck is beautiful and the sunsets were awesome! The beach was close and beautiful. Close to many amenities from groceries, to souvenirs- great restaurants! The Wright Brothers memorial! It was great to start and end our day here! The pictures are great but even better in person! we will be back!

OBX - great week!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Good location, close to beach but also restaurants/shopping centers (but not TOO close!). Having 2 BR/2 baths and a well-appointed kitchen was super convenient for our family. Owners easy to work with, we had a really good week!

BEST Beach Getaway

Everything about this property—from the view, to the decor, to the location—was pure perfection! It was a magical overnight getaway, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish! We even experienced a bit of nostalgia playing put-put at the course right up the road! The coffee on the cozy porch this morning was lovely, and the perfect way to start our day. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we’re so pleased that you all hosted our stay!

The best experience.. Super simple process at check in. Clean and overall just perfect. The best part way drinking coffee on the deck while it rained in the morning. Absolutely the best.
