Frente a la playa 1bd Condo-Enorme balcón mirando directamente a la playa

Disfrute de la salida del sol sobre la playa y ver como los delfines juegan en las olas de la mañana. Por la tarde, ver el atardecer sobre toda la isla desde su balcón en el piso noveno.

El dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con una nueva almohada colchón firme cubierto de sábanas de algodón egipcio. La cama se eleva ligeramente por debajo de almacenamiento de equipaje cama. En la sala de estar, disfrutar de un sofá cama, un futón reina y una sola cama. La cocina de tamaño completo está completamente equipada.

*** Remodelación de marzo de 2014- La unidad entera fue pintada; techo y todas las paredes. 5 nuevos apliques se han añadido a la sala de estar y dormitorio, y la luz de la cocina se actualizó. Los muebles del dormitorio se reemplazó con muebles de playa blanca. Se ve maravilloso y huele bien.

Nota: A partir del 04/20/20156, Patricia Chapa, mi administrador de la propiedad se está moviendo a Japón con su familia. Su marido está tomando una posición por allí y estamos muy emocionados por ella. Cathy Ramos se hace cargo de Patricia y sabemos que va a hacer un gran trabajo también. La dirección postal de los depósitos va a cambiar, así que busque un correo electrónico con la nueva dirección. Espero que esto no causa mucha confusión.

We have stayed here several times and each time we leave with no complaints. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing as well as having access to the beach immediately after stepping out of the garage. We booked our next vacation before this one even ended and are already looking forward to coming back to our little home away from home.

I absolutely loved my stay at this one-bedroom beachfront condo! The view was breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise right from the balcony felt like a dream. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t wait to come back again!

Great property and management. Only a couple issues 1) ac went down for over 24 hrs but I didn't realize it was an issue until next morning and it was completely repaired late afternoon early evening. 2) elevators went down a couple of times for about 1/2 day but there was always at least one working for me. Amenities more than makeup for any small inconveniences like sand on furniture and in bed, cracked lounge chairs, uncomfortable sofa beds: Bed was very comfortable, plenty of clean white bedding and towels of good quality even in kitchen, all basics needed for ice, dishes, appliances even cleaning supplies. awesome huge private furnished balcony with a couple tables with cute solar lamps, several chairs and perfect ocean view. Even on 9th floor, the elevator is quick and rarely had much of wait if any. Carol was amazing at responding promptly during stay. I even chose to stay an extra night. Parking garage was very convenient and even when I left and came back, I always had same spot available. There is convenient public beach access with bathrooms right nxt to bldg apart from condo access and it was never full or busy. Never made it to see pools or hut tub. I wish I had taken pics, it was nice stay and felt clean upon walking in!!

Wonderful ocean view and balcony, but rundown condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the ocean. The view of the ocean and the balcony were wonderful! However, it is hard to give the condo a high rating due to the following:*bad communication with host, I would text and either waited quite awhile for an answer or no answer at all*condo is old, run down and cleanliness is not one of its assets. Several items come to mind - the toaster and toaster oven - were disgusting. The blinds were a mess and/or missing. Lounge chairs were broken. Floor boards beat up and dirty.*we were to check in after 3pm, but we arrived in South Padre about 5:30pm, went up to the condo and it still was not cleaned and had to wait another 15 min before they were doneWe love the beach and that part of our trip was wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at this Inverness condo in South Padre Island—easily a five-star experience from start to finish.The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, with direct access just steps from the building. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from the private balcony was a daily highlight. The views were absolutely stunning.The condo itself was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, from a full kitchen to beach essentials. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great (a must for South Texas), and the Wi-Fi was reliable.The building was quiet and felt secure, and the rooftop pool and hot tub were a great bonus with ocean views. Parking was easy, and check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free.We really appreciated how close the unit was to everything—restaurants, shops, and activities were all within a short drive or walk.If you're looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in South Padre, this place checks all the boxes. I will definitely be on the lookout for this rental next year!

Another amazing vacation has come and gone and we have already booked our return trip in October. As usual everything in the condo was perfect the balcony being our favorite place to watch the sunrise in the morning and listen to the waves before heading to bed. We have been coming here for several years now and will continue as we absolutely love this place.

Beach getaway

Enjoyed escaping stormy weather in North TX for some beach time. There was a continuous breeze which made it pleasant. We enjoyed our beach walks and bird watching time. Our dog enjoyed catching his frisbee in the surf. There was some seaweed and a few jellyfish to watch for.. the condo was clean and has a marvelous view.

Nice beach trip

The check in process was easy, as was parking. There are two elevators to make it simple to get to the condo. We were on the beach in no time with the beach access. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The condo could use some paint/updating, but we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

Perfect beach vacation!

We love this condo - this was our second year staying here. The view of the ocean, access to the beach, proximity to the bird & turtle sanctuary, all incredible benefits. The parking garage with guaranteed parking makes travel to multiple restaurants easy. The tidy in-house kitchen and near-by Blue Marlin market make eating in a delightful option. Thank you again to our very helpful host! We will likely return again next year.

2025 Vacay

Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked well and the bed was comfortable. The listing needs to be updated as it still talked about Covid restrictions. The dryer on our floor has been out of order since last summer so had to travel to other floors to do the laundry. Some floors don’t even have a washer or dryer. The hot tub on the north side wasn’t very warm and the picture on the listing is not accurate. But all in all was a good vacay. We would consider staying there again.

Can’t Beat The View

Can’t beat the view of this property. Could use a fresh coat of paint but overall it was ok. The bath needs to be updated, especially the sink cabinet. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts food recommendations were awesome.

Amazing Again

Another vacation has come and gone and yet again everything was perfect. The high tides put a bit of a damper on us spending much time on the beach but we found plenty of other activities to make this trip a memorable one. Probably the most fun we had on the trip was a new business called Sand Monsters on the north end of the island. We got to drive ATVs out in the dunes and even on a race track. It was so much fun we did it twice. Now is the hard part of waiting the 6 months till we return.

Great Beach View!

My husband and I stayed here last minute due to our Cancun trip (for our 20th anniversary) being cancelled due to a hurricane. The condo was cute, well equipped for our needs and the view was breath-taking!! The only issues we had were with the complex/building as they only had one operating elevator (the other was broke) and since this condo was on the 9th floor that made things a bit frustrating and there was NO restroom at the pool which was on the 3rd level which was quite strange. Then on our last day, the building lost power at 6:30am but thankfully they had a generator to run the elevator so that we could check out on time. We would definitely return as the building issues weren't the hosts fault.

most amazing balcony ever

Love the property and the security that comes with it. Very well lit for those walks home from the Wana Wana which is not far. Pools and hot tubs amazing. Staff is exceptional

We live on South Padre Island full time enjoying the surf and kite boarding. When w4e started coming to SPI, we have lived in this condo in the winter and added the little things that make it more comfortable like a place to hang your keys when you come in the door and extra hooks in the bathroom for wet swim suits. All the paintings have beach themes to add to the island feel too. We live two block away from the condo now so can respond quickly if you need anything during your stay. We can often be seen kiteboarding in front of the condo after work.

South Padre Island has the island feel yet is convenient to get to. Its as far south as you can get in the west. It has the largest balconies on the island. All of them look directly at the water. You can play directly out from your condo and if you drop a penny over the balcony, it will land in the beach sand!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The sunrises and sunsets from the 9th floor are amazing. Being slightly higher and look down, you can see the dolphin in the water that you can't see from the lower floors.
