THE SETTING: Beach access is just outside your front door at 1 Merganser Court. Cross South Sea Pines Drive and you'll be on the sand in less than two minutes, making morning walks, spontaneous swims, and sunset visits to the beach remarkably easy. Pickleball is approximately a five-minute walk away, while South Beach Marina Village is less than two minutes by bike for dining, shopping, watersports, and time along the marina.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Couples traveling together, families with older children, and friends who value both privacy and time spent together. Two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom each have a private ensuite bathroom, giving every guest comfortable accommodations of their own. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas provide plenty of room to gather when everyone comes back together.

POOL: The private fenced pool offers a comfortable place to swim and relax at home after a morning on the beach. Propane pool heat is available during select cooler months.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably // 2 King beds // 1 Queen bed. Each of the home's three bedrooms features its own private ensuite bathroom, offering excellent privacy for couples, families, and friends. The primary suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Luxury BESTNEST linens and comfortable bedding throughout provide an inviting place to recharge at the end of the day.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The open, airy kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and an easy connection to the home's large dining and living areas. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make everything from breakfast before the beach to dinner at home easy and enjoyable.

PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Please inquire with any questions regarding your dog.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Less than a two-minute walk. Head out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive, and you'll have your toes in the sand just moments later.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated with propane for an additional fee of $350 for the first day and $150 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
