The garage door is fully operational, requiring that the 1)overhead release cord which hangs down, and which has the red rope, be pulled backward until it stops 2) then press the white button on the wall, which is on the right side of the garage doorsteps in order to open and close the garage door. If the door doesn't open, please call the property management company at the phone number given to all guests in the Vrbo online "Welcome Guide" for assistance with opening the garage door.

Pool heat was provided to the guests after the request.

Thank you for your review and delighted that you enjoyed your stay. Guests are always provided with the phone number and contact information for maintenance and property management who are available to come to the property to resolve any cleanliness issues.

Property was visited as recent as December 2024 by the owner. Images are up to date. In January a new mattress was purchased to replaced the mattress on the queen bed. Requests for replacements or issues can be made directly to the owner or property manager.

The homeowner and the property manager regret any conditions that were not up to the guests expectations. The guest was provided with the property manager's phone number to call prior to his arrival. He could have discussed any cleaning issues directly with the manager and the cleaning staff would have been out to address and clean these issues immediately, as in any hotel situation. The guest never complained to the manager about these issues, only to say that a plumbing pipe needed repair, which happened on Saturday, and was repaired on Monday. I have had a discussion with the manager about the finding plumbers for emergency plumbing repairs more quickly in the future.

The guests arrived after midnight, extremely late and well past the 4:00 PM standard checkin time. At this late hour of arrival, there were no door repairmen or locksmiths open and operating to replace or repair the door knob. The door knob was replaced as soon as a repairman could be found that very same day of the guests arrival. The current deed restrictions for the Home Owners Association state the following: No cars or other authorized vehicles shall be parked in any easement areas of the street area in front of the house. The garage door is fully operational and management was available to explain to the guests how to open and close the door. Management would also have sent maintenance staff to explain and assist with the operation of the door if this request had been made to them. Management employs cleaning staff who wash towels and linen after guests have checked out, the same as is done in any hotel operation. Neither management or the Welcome Guide state that guests are responsible for washing their own towels. Management would have immediately sent the cleaning staff with additional toilet paper, laundry soap or other additional requested items if the guests had made these requests to them. It was not necessary for the guests to have to purchase these items. The pool is filled on a daily basis.
