The space
This freshly painted and updated two-story condo is located in the Santa Maria Harbour Resort on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach. Both floors of this condo has had the original flooring replaced with upgraded, 18 inch tiles throughout. The newly furnished first floor features a living and dining room, a kitchen with granite counter tops plus full sized washer/dryer, full bath with shower and a large, screened in lanai overlooking the pool and docks on the canal.

The living room is complete with new furniture including a 50 inch Smart LED TV with HD cable channels and pull-out queen sofa bed for additional guests plus two swivel chairs/recliners. The private guest bedroom has a queen bed, LED TV with cable access, large closet and direct access to the screened lanai. Up the stairs is the huge master bedroom hide-away. This spacious bedroom has a king bed and sitting area, two full dressers and 46 inch LED TV with cable channels. Your private escape includes the largest of the bathrooms with a marbled double sink, tiled tub/shower combo plus a separate rain shower and hair dryer. For storage there is a walk-in closet and, unique to this unit, a private outside open-air sundeck to watch that special sunset. The sundeck has two chaise lounges to along with a table and chairs. Our condo is located on the 4th floor and is serviced by two elevators in the building. For your security the condo is controlled by a key pad entry.

Santa Maria Harbour Resort makes for a great getaway. Nestled across the street from Fort Myers Beach on a peninsula of Gulf access canals, Santa Maria Harbour Resort offers it all. Charter a fishing trip or pontoon from Fish Tales Marina next door, relax with the family at our heated pool or outdoor jacuzzi, take a dip in the Gulf, barbecue on one of the two decks or watch the manatees from our manatee viewing deck. You can play pickle ball on our newly installed court or use the car washing station. There is also a beach trolley that stops outside of Santa Maria and will take you to Lover's Key State Park, Times Square and other locations for $.75!

Our unit comes with private, secured Wifi and cable TV. The condo has a fully appointed kitchen which includes: a blender, toaster, cooking utensils, pots/pans/kettles, baking sheets, dinner plates, and all cups and glassware. All bed linens, bath and beach towels are included. You will also find starter toiletries which includes: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, soap, body wash and dish washer detergent. There is even an iron and ironing board to freshen your clothes. If you want to sit on the beach we also supply the beach chairs.
Guest access
You will feel safe in our secured entry building. Your accommodations will be all yours to share with your family members. This condo has two floors which makes it ideal to travel with only family or two couples providing private hideaways. Each floor has a bedroom and full bathroom.
Other things to note
The Santa Maria II complex has a no pet policy. Exceptions can be made for comfort/therapy animals with proper legal documentation. In the event that a support animal will be traveling with the tenant, legal documentation must be provided prior to reservation confirmation.
