The Space:

Welcome to our stunning property located in the picturesque town of Nags Head, NC. This exceptional vacation rental offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The top level features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Prepare delicious meals and snacks at your convenience. There is also a breakfast bar with four seats, perfect for quick meals or socializing while cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dining area where you can gather and enjoy your meals in a comfortable setting.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



**ONE dog is permitted for a $150 pet fee. Please include the dog in your group so the pet fee is applied. Dog is not permitted on furniture and must be crated if left alone**



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
