Enjoy vacations with family or friends in our Sunny home, located in a lovely Cape Coral community- on an Ocean canal- close to beaches, restaurants, shipping and many Florida Attractions!

Newly renovated and painted, kitchen equipped with amenities, free parking, high speed internet, stunning Sunsets, relaxing lanai, heated pool, gulf canal view, and boat lift. From the master bedroom, enjoy the beautiful view of the canal, the sliding door opens to the lanai and the pool.

Guests are asked to please follow precautions related to water presence with the pool and the canal.

Welcome to book for long term rentals as well as short term.

Easy access to places of interest near Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and nearby cities. Around 3.5 hours drive to Miami and Orlando.

We enjoyed our short stay. Place was clean and close to everything we needed. Neighbourhood was quiet and we felt safe. Would stay again if given opportunity.

House was amazing pool was amazing and the boat lift worked great. There is not a grill on the back porch that was the only complaint other then that it’s a good house for vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much that we barely left the house. We spent most of our time out on the lanai enjoying the long water view, or in the heated pool. The neighborhood was quiet, but also close to stores, restaurants and a great putt putt place. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, and there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We also noticed that there was a beach umbrella and chairs,which would have been nice if we’d made it to the beach. Cool Yogi was always available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend his home.
