Where will you start in the Mediterranean Inspired Paradise of a backyard? Surrounded by green ficus hedges, hot pink bougainvillea, an aesthetic lemon tree and multiple mature palm trees, you'll find everything you need to relax; a jetted, in ground jacuzzi, heated large architectural pebble-tech pool, luxury wooden sun beds, ping pong, a gorgeous Mountain View fire pit, a one of a kind travertine dining table overlooking the mountain, and over 8 different comfortable lounge spaces are just a few to mention! Guests can enjoy all day full sun in the backyard, and seek needed shade under umbrellas, palms, and our bamboo slatted pergola. The backyard is truly inspiring from every corner.

Enjoy cooking meals (or just shaking cocktails) in the beautiful Frames House kitchen. You can find quality cookware, appliances, serving dishes, glassware and everything you need to feel at home. Share conversation around the massive slab island, or watch the pool from the large window over the sink! Choose to open the modern sliding glass door for indoor-outdoor living, and watch the linen curtains blow gently in the breeze.

The living room features a 65’ Smart TV with a FireStick, 2 cozy and deep white linen sofas, an XL 70’s wool shag rug, a one of a kind 1970’s walnut credenza and a MASSIVE custom made oak wood coffee table! There is a basket filled with throw blankets. The space is perfect for movie watching, playing chess, or hanging out and reading one of the many books at Frames House. Someone taking too long to get ready? Feel free to take a seat and wait on the sitting bench in the entry, or the two insanely comfy ‘Marge Carson’ style vintage ottomans!

At dinner time, feel free to enjoy the 109’ Restoration Hardware formal dining table, backed by Danish wooden bookshelves that are filled with decor and books to explore! There is seating for 8 and it is truly an inspiring nook of the house.

Frames House boasts 4 bedrooms, each tastefully curated and perfectly spaced out for total privacy. No matter which room you sleep in, you can feel like you have your own wing of the house. All bedrooms have accessible outlet spots for optimal charging, luxe wooden hangers and a luggage rack, so your suitcase can sit above the floor. The primary bedroom features 14 ft ceilings, direct access to the pool and patio, and a full wall of linen curtains.

There are 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a stainless steel rain shower head and separate hose. Both bathrooms feature large LED mirrors, so you will never have bad light for getting ready! The Primary Bathroom mirror has 3 tones (daylight, cool and warm) as well as a brightness dimmer for some *very* aesthetic mood light. The Primary Bathroom is ‘spa inspired’ open concept, with dual sinks, a 14 ft ceiling and tons of counter space. It features a walk in shower with a giant glass window overlooking the pool! (You can also choose to drop the blackout shade for total privacy). The Primary Bathroom includes a separate water closet which is inspiring in itself, with Monet art prints and TASCHEN art books for browsing.

About the neighborhood: Frames House sits in a safe, quiet and relaxing neighborhood of well kept properties. You can choose to go outside and view the sunset in the front yard, which is an insane view itself! Take a ‘pink hour’ stroll through the neighborhood as the sunset slowly fades into the desert sky. Frames House is located 10 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport, 5-7 minutes from the downtown Palm Springs strip, and centrally located to popular hiking trails. There are great coffee shops, vintage shopping, affordable gas stations, safe parks and inspiring museums, all located just 4 minutes from the house!
