It boasts many upgrades and artistic touches that keep evolving! Actually everything is New and Professionally decorated with beautiful NEW furnishings throughout and a NEW open shelving kitchen WITH all amenities included and new Spanish tile backsplash! NEW Washer, Dryer, Navy Cabinets, Gorgeous white gold Quartz , New Stove, Frig and Dishwasher... actually I hope you don’t need to use these!! Toaster oven no microwave.
The two flights up will be worth it! No elevator but you will get your steps in!

Local establishments: mini putt/Fiesta Falls, shopping center, grocery stores, great restaurants and bars all within walking distance on beach. Outdoor music fest and Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. A short scenic ride to “our” nations oldest AND most beautiful little city takes you back in time while strolling the old streets-exploring new restaurants and unique drinking establishments.

*Regarding COVID: We have followed the guidelines of St Johns County for preparation of the condo. All linens and towels have (and always) have been disinfected with laundry sanitizer for colors and good ol Clorox for whites. The surfaces have been wiped down and there is an air spray sanitizer available for guests.
We rarely book same day check in and check out which allows for natural sanitation and a less hurried clean. Thank you so much!
