One guest bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a twin daybed with a trundle. These two share the hall bathroom. The dedicated workspace with a desk and rolling office chair can be found in the third bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes:

The main entrance to this upstairs house is through the backyard and back door. This is the only entrance your personalized code will open. There are only seven steps up to the porch.

**This is a split level house, with a separate downstairs apartment. There are NO SHARED spaces - except the driveway. The backyard and all areas of the house are private.
