Beach Bliss is a cute, very comfortable 1 bedroom poolside condo that sleeps 6 people. The kitchen has upgraded cabinets, with quartz counter tops. This condo is just perfect for weekend getaway or a wonderful week at the beach, with beach access just a few short steps away.

WHAT's NEARBY

This property is part of the Emerald Hill Condos, a Gulf-front complex with a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. You will be across the street from several shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters that rent bikes and kayaks. Seaside is 1.3 miles away on the 30A bike path.

THINGS TO KNOW:

Parking notes: 1 spot per unit. No assigned spot, can park in any spot that is not in front of a garage.

The rental is located on the ground floor.

Sorry, no pets per HOA.

Golf carts are not allowed on property. However, there is golf cart rental conveniently located across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak. They allow you to park/charge there when you rent from them.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the kids, and we especially loved the pool and private beach access. We also really appreciated the thoughtful accommodations, including the bikes, cooler, and beach chairs!

Relaxing Vacation

It is a very nice, updated space. The beaches are beautiful, and it is in a good location, very close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The pool area could use some attention, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The owners were very responsive too. : )

We had a great time! Love Emerald Hills and what it offers! Property management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Had an issue with the lock the first day and they were extremely prompt and had it resolved the same day!

Excellent!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Close proximity to restaurants and very short walk to the private beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend for anyone to stay here, my husband & I had a fanatic trip! We will be back.

Perfect for us!

The condo was lovely and spacious! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs as we do quite a bit of cooking. It was so easy to access the beach which we loved. Many great restaurants in the area. We truly appreciated all the very quick feedback that we received when we made inquiries.

Family friendly

It is a great location for family fun at the beach or pool. It is a quiet relaxing place without an over crowded beach. The room has everything you would need. It is a great area to ride a bike. It is a nice extra that chairs, umbrella, and a cooler is provided so you don't have to bring your own.

This first floor one bedroom looks at the pool in the complex and is a one minute walk across the pool/courtyard and down the steps to the beach. Very convenient and relaxing.

Amazing location

This is the cutest condo. It’s in an amazing location being just steps to the beach, the pool, and being right next to seaside. We loved that everyone was kind and that the noise level was quiet. Check in and check out instructions were very clear, and the host communicated very well. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Stray hairs on the bedding, the shower curtain liner was filthy, and the pool had roaches. Other than that it was the perfect condo for my family of four.
