Our apartment is located seconds from the beach! Come and relax in our newly renovated apartment. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Dine with Bay Views & sunset.

We hope to provide you with a cozy, fun, and relaxing stay at our apartment. We have a nice spacious living area and a beautiful quiet deck to chill at. Our dining room offers amazing views of the Barnegat Bay. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out at home. We have beautiful tile work in our bathroom and spacious kitchen with granite countertops. There are 2 Queen beds, 1 Bunk bed that sleeps 3 and 1 twin bed between the 4 bedrooms. There is cental air conditioning. Washer/Dryer is provided. It is 1/2 a block away from the Bay pier for fishing, boating and Jet ski rental, kayaking dock etc. Our home is located in a convenient area making shopping, liquor store, resturants, ice cream, mini golfing and bars within walking distance. We wish to give you a pleasant stay at our little home with all our ameneties. We are always reachable if any issues or question.

Bachelor party

We had an absolutely blast. Beautiful property. Plenty of space to comfortably fit 8 adults! Location is incredible. 30 seconds from the beach. The owners of the property were great people. I’m from New Jersey/Philly area and meet a ton of bad people and have to watch my back most places. So it was a breath of fresh air to meet genuinely nice people and be in a crime-less friendly community. I would definitely come back!

Modern, All Amenities and Near the Beach

The host is fabulous and makes the check in process very easy. The property is clean and fully renovated and includes all the comforts of home.

Amazing location

The location was fantastic! It was a 30 second walk to the beach which can’t be beat when you have 5 kids under 8 years old. The host was very responsive to a few issues involving the a/c and heat which hopefully is fixed. The previous guests broke the dishwasher right before our stay so we couldn’t use it. We had such an amazing time on LBI we will be coming back next summer.

Close to beach, property disappointing

Spacious but limited amenities. Parking was a challenge. Kitchen was very basic, no kettle, no coffee maker, no breadboard, no toaster. Owner did bring in supplies when requested. No hot water on arrival. Toilets could be cleaner. Very surprised that no beach passes provided with a beach rental. Location great for beach.

Very satisfied

Very spacious apartment on the 2nd floor. Plenty of room for our family of 5 which includes three grown children. Everyone had their own room. Amenities were plentiful and if any was needed the owners, Harsh and Shivani, checked in regularly and would have fulfilled any request. A short 5-minute walk to the beach without having to cross any streets as you are on the ocean side. Across the street on the bay side are rental kayaks, boats and wave runners. Bike rental, food, mini-golf and more, just a few minutes walk. Acme supermarket is a short 10-minute drive. Fantasy Island and Bay Village is a 15-minute car ride south. Beach badges are not provided but we were not asked for any during our 3-night stay. Last, but not least, we took advantage of the 15% discount at Lang's liquor store across the street. The same discount is honored at lang;s smoke shop which is below the apartment.

No furniture

This property only had three decent things going for it location good close to beach check-in was very easy and smooth and it was very clean. It had 25 bad bad things with it. No furniture the whole house had one little couch not one single chair. No dishwasher broken no trash bags. toilets are 14 inches off the floor never seen anything like it my life. The toilet seat was broken. They replaced it. It wasn’t even the same size as the toilet. It was like for an infant. No adult could use It. Pictures were leaning against the wall. The beds forget about it. They are hard as a rock pillows are thin as pancakes.. just one TV and again, there was no furniture. I am not kidding one little eyebrow couch. I can’t list all the other things wrong with the place. There’s so many.
