Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Golf carts are available for rent in the area; however, this property does not provide one. Per community guidelines, only gas-powered golf carts are permitted, and operators must be at least 16 years old. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Location
We loved the location because it wasn't right in the middle of all the commotion. But still had plenty to do. Plenty of food choices and activities for everyone.

Excellent Customer Service
Unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing.
Had an issue with the a/c not working we when arrived, called the customer service number they gave in our check-in info, customer service rep was very helpful and got a technician out to our condo promptly to take care of the issue.
Contactless check-in and check-out was easy. Would definitely use Vacasa for our next stay.

Nice condo but rug very dirty
Pros- in a very nice location. Nicely decorated and pool and exercise room very nice!
Cons - Condo’s carpeting very dirty. It definitely needs replaced. Multiple black spotting over the entire carpet.
Could have used some more hangers also.

AVOID AT ALL COST - DO NOT BOOK HERE
Do not book with Vacasa in this area! Since local management still won't communicate with me, at all, here is our list of complaints for this horrible property and horrible experience. I reached out on arrival (June 7, 2024) to discuss the disgusting status of the rental and have yet (July 1, 2024 so far) to receive any form of actual communication from the local staff that I am repeatedly told have received my messages and will contact me shortly.
Also, you won't see my full 19 point list of complaints posted here due to a 1500 character limit or on Vacasa's website for the listing because they manually review their own reviews. Who knows how many horrible ratings they would and should actually have.
Overall, the carpet was in one of the most disgusting conditions I have ever seen - stains everywhere, crusty feeling, bits and pieces of things from previous guests caked-in. The walls, floors, and nearly everything except hard floors was grimy, oily, or otherwise dusty and dirty. No deadbolt on the door for security! Carpet transitions will poke your feet. Light switches and outlets were installed improperly, missing screws, or hanging out of the walls.
The pools (indoor and outdoor) had algae growth during 2 separate checks during our stay.
This bare bones, empty condo forced us to purchase hand soaps (1 provided), carpet cleaner, disinfecting wipe, paper towels, dishwasher detergent (2 tabs provided), etc.
No beach toys or items present at all. Go book somewhere else.
