Unit is a Digital Self-Checkin & is walking distance/short drive to many Restaurants, Shops, Attractions, etc. There is a Large Community Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub on site. Condo is on 2nd floor and stairs are required to climb.

This Oceanfront second-floor unit comes fully furnished and is in a quaint low-rise with an aesthetic brick facade. Also the oceanfront balcony provides views of the pool, beach, and ocean. The interior has a coastal decor and ample space for relaxation. The kitchen is fully stocked with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and a work island.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer uninterrupted ocean views, that you can enjoy all season long. Residents can access amenities within the Maritime Place community, including a seasonal oceanfront pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck, and a direct walkover to the beach.
Located just 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier, the condo provides quick access to the town's highlights, including shopping and dining spots. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with a short stroll to the pier, time in the arcade, summer live music events, karaoke, food, drinks, fishing, and panoramic ocean views. Downtown Garden City Pier, within walking distance, offers a variety of restaurants and beach shops, while Myrtle Beach's countless attractions are just a short drive away.
There are local attractions such as Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and the historic city of Conway. The condo is just 25 minutes from Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel and close to entertainment complexes like Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Additionally, the property is a stone's throw from Murrells Inlet, the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina."
The Master Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a double queen bunk bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) . There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two.
Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. Beach towels are not provided.
The Condo has Cable & Streaming Services, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, etc. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large community seasonal (at least Easter- Labor Day) community swimming pool, year-round hot tub and sunbathing area in this complex.
The Condo is Oceanfront and only a few steps away from the Beach!!

PEST CONTROL: On every 2nd Tuesday of the month, pest control will require entry into the condo to perform service. They will first knock, and if there is no answer, they will enter using the key. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
