The Suites at 3NG - The Bridal Suite

The Bridal Suite at 3NG is a luxury apartment located in the heart of Rochester's East Avenue neighborhood. Designer furnishings, an array of eclectic artwork, and high-end finishes mean this space is sure to impress. Modern amenities such as the brand new bridal suite, state of the art cook's kitchen, game room, and rooftop deck truly set this home apart.
The space
The Bridal Suite at 3NG is comprised of the second and third floor of a restored 1920s mansion. All 3,378 square feet of space has undergone a meticulous renovation transforming it into a contemporary urban oasis. There are three bedrooms and three full baths with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests overnight.

What makes this suite truly unique is the brand new space for bride's and their bridal parties to get ready together on your special day. The bridal area has been fully remodeled with beautiful blue and gold embossed wallpaper, sheer drapes, designer fixtures, walls of leaded glass windows, and a crystal chandelier that hangs from the soaring vaulted ceiling. There are four vanity stations for primping, a gilded tri-fold floor mirror, and additional seating to be with friends and loved ones as the anticipation builds. The suite is truly one-of-a-kind, and a beautiful space to take photos while you prepare for your big day with those closest to you.

The master bedroom is connected to the bridal area and boasts a king-size four-poster bed, cozy fireplace, large walk-in closet with built-ins, and luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is well-appointed with a large double sink vanity, private water closet, and huge walk in shower. The second main floor bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet, and walls of leaded glass windows allowing plenty of natural light in. Directly adjacent to this bedroom is the second full bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the third floor of the home. It has a queen-size bed, two closets and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower, and custom subway tile.

This suite is fitted with not one but two full kitchens. The main level kitchen is a true cook's kitchen with Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz counters, gas cooking, and porcelain tile work. There is a refrigerator, wine cooler, microwave, and dishwasher. A Keurig coffee pot and electric tea kettle are provided along with an assortment of various k-cups and teas. There is plenty of prep space and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare a meal are provided. The third floor kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher but serves as a wet bar and coffee area.

There are three dining areas on the main floor; inside are the breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen with banquette seating, along with the formal dining room with a large table that seats up to 8 guests and has a bar cart for mixing up cocktails. Outside, in the warmer months when dining al fresco, is a dining area on the rooftop deck.

Inside there are two living areas with sofas, chairs, and LED smart TVs; one on the main floor and another on the third floor. The main level living room has plenty of seating, designer wallpaper, and a decorative fireplace. The third floor living area has a dedicated workspace with a desk along with a sectional sofa and additional seating. The game room is just off of the third floor kitchen and has a brand new shuffleboard table along with a variety of board games. Outside in the summer months take advantage of the private rooftop deck available only to this suite. Enjoy soaking up the sun in the loungers, or sitting in the evening with a glass of wine, it's a truly unique amenity to have downtown, and we think you'll love it!

Use the electronic keypad on the door directly to the left of the overhead garage door. That door will take you into a vestibule area. Then use the electronic keypad on the door directly to your left when entering the vestibule area, this door is to enter into the suite. The entire second and third floor are part of this suite. Garage access is strictly prohibited and is not part of this suite. Parking is reserved for this suite only in the area directly past the overhead garage door at the rear of the house. Please be sure not to block the overhead garage door. Please only park in the area directly behind the house, if excess parking is needed there is free parking on the street.
Other things to note
Only guests named on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. House parties are strictly prohibited. If you plan to have a small gathering (10 people or less) please notify us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Absolutely no smoking or vaping are allowed on the property. We appreciate your adherence to our rules as they allow us to keep our space beautiful for future guests and are respectful to our neighbors!
