This expansive 3500 square foot city loft is tailored for those seeking to embrace the cosmopolitan lifestyle, with the perfect blend of urban luxury and cultural richness. Whether it's a leisurely stroll to the Edison Ford Home, an exciting night out in the Downtown River District, or a culinary adventure in the restaurants nearby, Gun-Loft offers an unparalleled experience in the city's most coveted location.
Enjoy the convenience of several reserved parking places immediately in front of the loft, a rare find in the city.
Gun-Loft features state-of-the-art technology including completely automated systems, OLED TVs throughout, Sonos, and Klipsch Speakers.
No expense has been spared in creating this urban oasis. The sophisticated interior showcases sleek finishes and exquisite details, enveloped in a chic modern design.
The loft has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an expansive open kitchen and dining area, a great room, and loft.
The great room has a huge 77 inch OLED TV and luxury seating is another great space to curl up and watch a movie.
The expansive master suite is connected by a second-floor catwalk and loft area surrounded by smoked glass. The custom-designed master suite has Its own custom entertainment area, accent lighting throughout, and its own beverage center. The master suite connects to a private second-story balcony with a Jacuzzi hot tub.
The second floor loft Is a cozy modern lounge for hanging out, watching TV, a designated workplace, or a great place for an extra visitor.
The huge kitchen has Wolf Appliances. The expansive kitchen island and open dining area are perfect for entertaining friends and family, or just enjoying breakfast or coffee while watching the passersby.
Gun-Loft comes fully stocked with all necessities. At your request, with a few hours notice, we will purchase any additional Items, food or beverage.
The loft serves as an ideal sanctuary for brides or grooms, offering a unique setting to celebrate special moments. Gun-Loft has a separate townhouse (Gun-Townhouse) available in the same exclusive complex. Accommodation options are flexible to suit your needs.
