Perfect stay! Just a few steps from the beach and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would absolutely come back!

It’s great place to stay because of the location and it’s in quite neighborhood and the beach is a 5 minute walk I would recommend it’s nice place stay

Cozy cottage

This home was very nice, clean, cozy for a beach stay. The location is walking distance to the beach with a little store and donut shop around the corner. Would definitely rent again! Host was very helpful with any thing I needed or questions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall was good. the carpet in upstairs is disgusting. And the kitchen glasses are almost nonexistent. Knives for cutting need replacing the silverware is like it is made from aluminum foil.

Great little house!

This was a great spot for our family vacay! My girls (ages 17 and 22) enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves. The master bedroom provided plenty of space for my husband and me. The walk to the beach was doable, so we were able to take sunrise and sunset walks with ease, in addition to soaking up the sun daily. The proximity to Thomas’ Doughnuts was added bonus as well!

Great Cottage so close to the Beach

This was the PERFECT spot!!! I had a group of 6 college girls and this was the most awesome space!!! Away from the rowdy kids but close enough to join them!!! The beach was a perfect little walk and the best quiet beach!!! Loved it and so did the girls!!!

Great location and space.

This house is a great location. Close enough to all the action of the strip but still a nice quiet neighborhood. You are also only a half block or so from the beach so it’s a doable walk. The house setup and layout was great for our family. However, the house was not clean when we checked in. I have a crawling baby and his legs were black within minutes. The upstairs carpet was damp for 2 days after we checked in. The host sent someone to clean the downstairs floor for us but my son was still black after crawling on it every time. I feel as though the pictures on the broken or not working properly. working properly.

Ashley thank you for visiting. When we checked the carpet it wasn't damp, so not sure what you thought you felt or not. There are no water pipes in that area where it would only be leaking and the roof has no leaks. I'm not sure what you are talking about either when you say the house was not clean when you checked in. We had cleaners come back and the only thing that you mentioned was that you wanted the floors cleaned again, which they did. Like you said the house is great for families and location is wonderful. Wish you the best!

Showed up at 4 for check in and roaches everywhere. Tiny and big. Smells bad like humidity. All the beds were horrible! Things were falling. The toilet in the master room was so bad. It had a ring of never even cleaned. . I was so embarrassed for them that i didnt want to bother them to come and clean. But for sire not staying here again.

Angela I'm sorry to hear these feelings and wish we could have discussed it all while you were here. We definitely work to address anything guests find or concerned about. We haven't had any reports of bugs and we do get it sprayed on a schedule to avoid having bugs. Wish you the best!

Perfect beach house for young children!

Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a beach house in Laguna beach that was affordable, big enough for my family, and walking distance to the beach and Thomas donuts. 125 E Lakeshore drive was the perfect find! The large main bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor was perfect for setting up my little ones for bed. My one year old stayed in the master bathroom in her pack n play. She was able to go to sleep at her usual early time and not be disturbed. The master closet was large enough for another pack n play for my three year old! The backyard shower made it easy to rinse off the kids and enter straight into the main bedroom hallway leading right to the bathroom. The washer and dryer are also in the master bedroom, making laundering quick and easy. My mother and father-in-aw stayed upstairs. My sister-in-law and her children came for the first two days and stayed in the other upstairs bedroom. The rooms and closets are spacious enough to have small air mattresses, cots, pack n’ plays, or floor pallets for the kids. The upstairs balcony was a special retreat and a great place to hang clothes and towels to dry. Lots of space on the front, side, and rear balcony for hanging clothes to dry. The kitchen table fits five, but can be a little tight if others are trying to access the fridge. We set up eating areas on step stools for the kids to be able to eat in the living room. My favorite part of this home is the location! The walk to the beach could be done by my three-year-old easily. The street we were on is pretty quiet with very little through traffic. We could easily walk to Thomas donuts or the Carousel grocery store.To note: When we arrived, we noticed ants (not just in our house but in the entire area). So keeping an ant spray on hand would be a good idea. Additionally, I noticed several wasp nests on the back porch our first day. I had my husband spray them at night and they were no longer a problem!Highly recomm
