Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was new and well appointed. The pool was awesome. The condo was five minute walk from the Sands resort. Very easy access to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely return.

Grace Bay Condo

This is a great location to stay. Our family is the kind that like to move around and explore. We would have breakfast in the condo and head out to a morning beach, then come back to the condo for lunch and pick a second beach to go to. We would come home and get ready to go out for dinner. You can't see the beach from the condo but you save a ton of money and this spot is in the heart of where we liked to be. Stay here get a rental car and go explore. The unit was as advertised. The unit is maybe a little on the smaller side but it is set up nice for us.

The Property is Just as Listed

The property is beautiful and just as listed. Check-in and check-out was easy and straightforward. The property was clean and well-maintained. The pool, barbecue, and fitness center were immaculate. The property is pretty much a ten minute walk from everything (beach, restaurants, and convenience store), so we didn't need to rent a vehicle. While there is a binder with information regarding the care of the property, there is no information provided about the location and other amenities. We had to figure out where the closest restaurants and stores were. It would have been nice to have a short list of nearby restaurants and stores and a few taxi companies to use while on the island as well as for airport transport. The bedsheets were also a bit rough, and it's time for new towels. A few bottles of complimentary water would have been nice as a welcome since there are no nearby stores or vending machines. Overall, we really enjoyed the unit.
