Spring Harbor is a beautiful 2 acre waterfront property with 2 amazing houses that hosts up to 18 guests. Enjoy the waterfront views and the 2 available boat slips, each can accommodate up to a 25 ft. boat.
The first home, Spring Harbor Lodge, was built in the 1930s has been updated to modernize the necessities, while maintaining it's original charm. This vintage home can host up to 10 guests. The second home, The Cottage at Spring Harbor, was built in 2020 and has all modern amenities. This new home can comfortably host 8 guests.
Spring Harbor Lodge has been updated to meet each guests needs with four (4) bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 10 guests. The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, a 3/4 bath, an eat-in kitchen with direct access to the porch, a classically set dining room and comfortable living room. The upstairs provides a newly remodeled full bath with double sinks and tub and three (3) bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms offers a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a second room with a queen size bed, and a third room with a queen size bed and a double bed. A game room is located in the basement, where you can enjoy a fun game of pool, ping pong, or darts.
The Cottage at Spring Harbor features three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms and will sleep up to 8 guests! There is an open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, beautiful countertops and kitchen island/dining table, and living area with ample windows letting in the beauty of the natural lighting. The main floor also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Venture downstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area, and a walkout deck and the second bedroom hosts a queen bed and twin bunkbeds, there is also a full bathroom on the lower level. Wake up and begin your day with a delicious cup of coffee sitting on one the decks looking down to the water’s edge.

We are experienced hosts who have been renting out Spring Harbor for over three (3) years. This year we have decided to host directly with VRBO in order to maximize our guests' experience and to provide exceptional customer service.
The Lakes Region holds a very special place in our hearts, and we are excited to share it with you. The Big Lake is perfect for gathering your family and friends for some fun in the sun, relaxation, great food and drinks, and beautiful views!

Spring Harbor is a 2 acre property located on a peaceful no wake channel leading out into Smith Cove. This property has plenty of space for two rental homes (The Cottage at Spring Harbor and the Spring Harbor Lodge) and a shared dock with multiple boat slips. Spring Harbor provides easy access to Lake Winnipesaukee and Glendale Marina. It is just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Glendale Marina where there are two boat launch ramps available for you to get your boat easily in and out of the water. Then take a short boat ride through Smith Cove to the channel where you will find your own personal boat slip located on a shared dock space just for Spring Harbor guests and hosts. You will have a designated boat slip that holds up to a 25 ft boat available to you for your entire stay at Spring Harbor!
