Enjoy a weekend ski getaway or a big family summer vacation by the pool in this spacious 3,500 sq foot Laconia home. This 6 bedroom 6 bath home has a large interior space with a grand family room. Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and a large bay window overlooking the 5.5 acres of immaculate grounds and wooded property.

In the summer months you can enjoy the brand new pool with 2 outdoor fireplaces. Take a hike through the woods down to the creek. In the winter the kids can go sledding down the perfect hillside while everyone watches from the family room!

The home is 1.5 miles from Weirs Beach and 0.3 miles from High Octane Saloon, FunSpot and Go Carts and the house is only 10 miles from Gunstock Ski Resort.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher etc.

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, all linens and towels provided, washer/dryer available.

PARKING: 2 car garage and long driveway with parking for 6+ cars.

SECURITY: The home is equipped with an electronic lock programmed for each individual guest, and 4 exterior security cameras are utilized for security and liability reasons and are focused on the pool, the grilling area, the front entry, and the driveway. Please do not move or cover the security cameras for any reason. If there is a concern about the security cameras, please contact the owner.

I can't say enough about this rental. It felt like home. Patrick is so easy to speak with and he provides a well appointed and cared for home. The layout is amazing and offers a lot of privacy for everyone. Very spacious rooms! Mattresses were excellent in EVERY room! Linens and pillows were all quality. There was no downside at all!

The house was clean and well stocked. The layout was great for our group. Everyone had plenty of space. The outdoor space was fantastic. We used both the wood and gas firepits. I highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We comfortably fit 14 adults, and enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day and by the fire pit at night. The home had all the amenities we needed, and we were able to make large meals with everything provided in the kitchen, including a griddle which was great for pancake breakfast. The home is close to many restaurants and FunSpot, and not long of a drive to hiking trails in Franconia Notch. The contactless check-in and out was easy, and there was great communication with the host. We would definitely stay again.

The layout of the house was perfect for us. Each room except one had an en suite bathroom. The main part of the house was great for meals, games and spending time together while there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.We all loved the pool and the lovely secluded grounds and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.Great family vacation for 7 adults and 5 children ranging from 1-18. Loved it!

Great family vacation home

Staying at this property was everything we were looking for. We laid my parents’ to rest at the veterans cemetery this past weekend and to be able to find a home that would accommodate our large multigenerational family’s needs was amazing! The home is beautifully appointed with large bedrooms that all have their own bathroom. The space was everything we were looking for and more! Patrick the property manager is very friendly, professional and very prompt with replies to any inquiries we had. We’re already thinking of our next trip to Laconia so we can book this home.

Big, clean house in a great location

Our large, multi-family group had a wonderful long weekend stay at this lovely home. The home is clean, cozy and has ample space for a large group. We loved relaxing by the fire after skiing at Gunstock, which is only 20 min away.

Exactly what we needed!

This property couldn't have been better for what we needed. Before and after, communication and support were wonderful. They were able to accommodate a special request that started everything off on the right foot. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The house had everything we needed and then some. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. It was wonderful that every bedroom (except the bunk room) had their own bathroom. This was a huge selling point for us because we were traveling with coworkers and collaborating on a project for the weekend so the privacy made for a great experience for everyone. The location was great as well. We were able to walk to Weirs Beach. The drive to Meredith was easy. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I'm in the area!

The listing photos does not do this place justice. Gorgeous house with modern bathroom / kitchen. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Very close to downtown Laconia but far enough away that the home is quiet and feels private. We definitely rent again for a large group

Excellent rental for annual family vacation

This house had it all! The entire family was so happy with how spacious it was. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we all had our own bathroom!! I mean…what! Amazing. It was a cooler week so we didn’t use the pool much but we do wonder how much we would have actually used it if it was warmer…it was cold! The adventurous family members went for it though. Patrick was so quick to respond when alI had a question or two. Check in was easy peasy. It really was wonderful staying at this rental and hope to be back in the future. Felt like home!

Tanz-Berg Family vacation

This was our very first vacation bringing our extended family of 21 together for a week. We were 14 in your house and 7 in another house 1 mile away. We gathered every evening for dinner for 21. We cooked 3 meals a day for 21 for 7 days from a lobster/clam bake to steak dinner breakfast and lunch. The kitchen was completely stocked and we weren’t missing a single utensil needed to feed our family. The rooms were large and beautiful. Each couple having their own bathroom made the entire stay comfortable. The pool and deck in the back of the house became our “ dining room”. We set it up with the extra tables and chairs from the garage and it stayed that way all week long. Perfect place to eat all of our meals. The front porch with the fireplace was our morning coffee place for us to start our days. Plenty of room to set up a net for our week long badminton tournaments. We used the inside living.area to play evening board games until late in the evening. The house was beyond all of our expectations and served as the foundation of a most incredible experience for 2 families to gather and share the love.

Family wedding in town

We were in town for a family wedding. We had three generations at the house and were easily able to enjoy the space and grill dinners and enjoy the beautiful property. Simply Amazing Property

We rented this beautiful house for 11 of us who grew up together. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience with this property. We were all able to have our own beds (which were very comfortable) and the accommodations were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The six bathrooms were a welcoming change from any other rental we have stayed in. Any questions I had were immediately responded to. The icing on the cake was the pool and lounge area. We had beautiful weather and we were able to hang out, float and have a wonderful time enjoying each others company. I am hoping to be able to rent again in the future. Thank you for the amazing memories.
