Blue Sea Beach House is a super short 3-minute walk to the beach and you are on the gulf side of 30A which means you don't have to cross any busy streets to get to the beach!
Our beach house features four bedrooms (sleeps 10 in seven beds), three newly remodeled full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 6x bicycles, 10x beach chairs, 2x umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay on 30A.
The community pool is directly across the street and many well-known restaurants are within walking distance, as are ice cream parlors, gift shops, coffee shops, and bars. It’s the perfect spot for your whole family and guests to get away
Our home features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. A deck is connected to the living room where you can sit on the swing and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances along with granite countertops. A full-size washer and dryer is also available for your use.
The first-floor bedroom features a queen bed, a large closet, and a smart TV. It is located at the back of the house alongside a newly remodeled full bathroom.
The second floor has a master suite with king bed, balcony to enjoy the views, smart TV, and a recently remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower featuring two rain-head shower faucets and two hand-held sprayers.
There are two more bedrooms on the second floor. One features a queen bed with a large closet and a smart TV. The other room has two bunkbeds, a smart TV, and an Xbox One for the kids.
A newly remodeled bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms and accessed via the hallway.
We are a very kid-friendly home with a baby gate, pack-n-play, highchair, a beach pack-n-play, and plenty of beach toys for the little ones.
We have 6x bicycles, 10x beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, boogie boards, and lots of toys for your use.
Beach access is super easy… just steps to Gulfview Heights where amenities include a covered pavilion with picnic tables, clean restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguards.
The palm-tree lined community features a shared, seasonally heated pool (March & April then October & November - weather permitting). The common area also features grills, a covered pavilion, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.
Both Panama City and Destin/Fort Walton airports are an easy 45-minute drive.
You can rent additional bicycles or a golf cart just outside the neighborhood at Gulfview Heights Snack Shack.
Our amenities are available for your use as long as the previous renters didn't take and/or break them (there will be no refund or discount if they are not available).
Security camera details: A camera facing driveway is mounted outside on a post above the second-floor balcony and a door bell camera is on the main entrance.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert us if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. It is refundable at the end of your stay if no damage occurred.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our family really enjoyed our week. Goat feathers steamed shrimp is a favorite and so easy to pick up and bring back to the house. It is a bonus to have chairs and toys provided for the beach. We really loved everything!

Relaxing and well appointed stay on 30a
Excellent communication with Tyler that enabled us to really enjoy our stay in his family’s well appointed and well located house. We appreciated that the home is walking distance to a really nice part of SRB. We loved the layout and ease of the visit. Plenty of room inside with lots of light airy modern feel. We would definitely recommend Tyler’s home and would Go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We love the area of Santa Rosa and this is the second year we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. When we arrived there were some cleanliness issues, Tyler was amazing at responding and figuring out the best solution for the issues we had. Overall I’d give our experience with Tyler and this home a 5 star because of his communication and help during our stay. You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s close to everything!

Location was Perfect for our Beach Vacay!
My husband, our two teen boys and their two friends were very comfortable in this home for a week at the beach. Everything we needed was very close by and it was a very short walk to the Beach access and the community pool was right across from the home. Even though we packed a lot of our own beach supplies, the home was fully stocked with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels so you could easily fly into PCB or Destin and be able to have everything you need to enjoy 30a with several restaurant options within a 1/2 mile of the property.

Lovely Time
Great vacation. House is 2-3 blocks from beach so an easy walk or bike ride. Lifeguard at this location and chair rentals available on site. Pool very close to house. 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fit our group very nicely. Shower for rinsing off sand right out the front door. Grilling area near the pool which we did not use but a number of neighbors did. A block or two from Goat Feathers seafood restaurant with karaoke on Thursday night. Maybe a 10 block walk to shopping area with souvenir shop, ice cream and a couple of restaurants. Hosts were quick to reply when we had questions and gave great info prior to the trip and for checkout.
