Perfect spot for a vacation

This property was everything that we had hoped for. It was close to everything and yet offered privacy and more than enough beach space with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The house was spacious and had more than enough towels - both bath and beach and all the necessary amenities. Most importantly the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cozy Home, Great Location

Had the pleasure of staying here for a week and felt right at home. The location is right on 7 Mile Beach and an easy walk to coffee, restaurants, and places to go out. The host was incredibly kind and communicative. There is also a car port right out front if you rent a car. Will absolutely be booking again soon!

Word of the trip was “Perfect”

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We enjoyed all gathering around the breakfast bar and playing cards on the patio. The walk to the beach, pool, and hot tub were all less than 2 minutes. The host was extremely responsive, provided great suggestions, and was very accommodating to all requests. We will stay again.

Incredible experience, close to beach.

This place has it all - great layout, beautifully remodeled, 2 minute walk from beach and local food options, and perfect for our group of 6 (including our 2 small children, under three years old). While the place itself was worth it all, the gracious host team was a "cherry on top". They went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. If you're traveling with a small group of folks, or even just a couple trying to get away for a bit - I couldn't be happier to recommend this place to you.

Great Location on 7MB

This townhome exceeded our expectations and our 3 couples had an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful property! Each bedroom is spacious, plenty of storage and has an attached bathroom which was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and everything we needed. The beautiful and thoughtful decor of this house really added to it, almost making it not feel like a rental property. Prior to our arrival, communication with the owner was very easy and he provided good recommendations on restaurants, excursions, food shopping and navigating the island. We would most definitely return to this wonderful property if we ever have another opportunity to visit the island!

Excellent stay

We had high expectations for our stay at Andy's townhouse and they were all met. The house is great: big rooms, LOTS of space, new high end appliances and finishes. We enjoyed having the screened patio and deck for morning coffee. Short walk (2 minutes) to the private beach where we snorkelled every day and saw some great fish. It's about a 10-minute walk to the start of the uninterrupted 7 mile beach. Communication with Andy before and during the trip was great, he was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Laguna Del Mar

We stayed 7 nights over Christmas 2024 and it was great. The condo was in excellent shape, clean, well-appointed with new high end appliances. Quiet. Parking is right outside the front door and is completely covered. Check in was easy and straightforward.The complex is right on the beach. The beach is not busy at all - the main 7 mile beach seems like a zoo when compared to Laguna Del Mar. Peaceful! Plenty of beach loungers and umbrellas. Snorkel gear, beach gear, paddle boards are all provided, as are beach towels. Snorkeled with my 10 year old for hours. You don't need to bring anything.Great location. About 12 minutes by foot to Camana Bay. Pepper's restaurant is right across the street. Andy's rent a car is about a 2 minute walk.Andy was a great host - very attentive and responds quickly via VRBO. We could also call and text him as well. Little niceities such as toiletries to get you started were also provided as well as a beautiful welcome basket.Thank-you Andy and family! Would not hesitate to rent again!

Tucked away on Seven Mile Beach, Laguna Del Mar is a little slice of paradise where you can relax on a quiet, spacious white sand beach with crystal waters. There's no need to fight for loungers or endure DJs playing tunes by the pool. It's just you, the sand, and the sea – pure relaxation.

What's remarkable about Laguna Del Mar is its location. You're just a short walk away from an array of dining, shops, and entertaining activities. And if you're in the mood for a quick snack, there are plenty of eateries just around the corner – super convenient.

Plus, the assurance of being in a safe and secure area makes relaxing here completely stress-free. It's the perfect place to unwind and soak up the Cayman vibe without a care in the world.

We really love the layout of our townhouse. It features first-floor access, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival experience. Reserved parking is conveniently located right outside the front door, making it easy to come and go.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an ambiance of sophisticated comfort, accentuated by designer furniture and top-of-the-line Viking appliances that meld functionality with style. The thoughtful interior design creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that offers the perfect blend of aesthetics and comfort. High-end smart TVs provide great viewing when it's time for some downtime. Our unit presents a sophisticated yet casual beachy vibe that makes for a great stay.

As vacation renters ourselves, we place high value on rentals that are maintained in pristine condition. We devote extra time to ensure our home is meticulously prepared for each guest, going above and beyond by taking our linens to professional cleaners offsite to guarantee they are as clean as possible.

We intentionally set our rates higher to lower guest volume. Our unit may not suit those in search of the lowest price. However, if you are seeking a unit that is both new and clean, offers exceptional comfort, and is located in an excellent area, then ours is the ideal choice for you.
