Cozy and Convenient This is our second time staying in this apartment. It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Winooski. It is also close to the UVM campus so we could easily meet up with our student daughter. It is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Most of my time spent over the weekend was at Waterfront Park in Burlington. It was fast and easy to get there. Location was great-I was never stuck in traffic. Great ease of use.The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

What a great way to not feel like you're traveling for business—you're in your own little one-bedroom apartment. I will be looking this one up again on my next visit.

Very cute apt for 2 people visiting with family for a college graduation. The property has a lot of amenities for a short stay. Very nice. Easy communication.

Cozy Getaway

A perfect cozy getaway! This vacation rental was immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. The space was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. The location was incredibly convenient. Winooski is a charming town with lovely restaurants and shops. It is also incredibly easy to access the UVM campus and downtown Burlington. The quiet neighborhood ensured a relaxing stay. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway!

Very sweet second floor apartment, perfect for one or two people! Very clean and comfortable, and photos are accurate. The one issue for some folks may be the tight fit around the toilet and slanted ceiling in the shower. Communication with the hosts was great.

This was the perfect place we needed for UVM move-in for our first-year daughter. Description as cozy, clean and bright is 100% accurate. Hosts were excellent with communication, accommodating our needs and we’ve already booked our next stay. Close/convenient to UVM while still having space from campus. Some traffic noise at night along Mallets Bay drive and air traffic, nothing major. Well-appointed, combo options of coffee maker were nice, safe and convenient parking. A larger person may have a little difficulty with the narrow bathroom layout. Otherwise highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

Great apartment for two!

The apartment was spotless with a well stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee (thank you!). It is within walking distance of a nice little convenience store, the center of Winooski and easy driving to UVM, Burlington and surrounding area. Matt and Ariel provided lots of restaurant recommendations with specific and easy arrival information. It was nice having just that.little extra space a hotel doesn't offer. and Ariel

Wisnooski Weekend

Great stay, Owners were great to deal with, they sent me pertinent info right away and updated us when required. Place was as advertised and spotless. It was only a weekend so we really didn’t use the kitchen that much but it looked like it had everything needed to prepare meals. We were in town for a wedding in Essex and the location worked out well, almost halfway between the waterfront and wedding venue. The dining recommendations were welcome Thai place was a solid choice. Long story short all good!!!!

Hope to stay again on a future visit

Pros: - Excellent hosts, happy to help with questions. Received lots of great advice on places to see. - Beautiful, cozy apartment, tastefully furnished. Everything is top quality. - Full kitchen with new, high quality pots & pans, knives, etc. Hosts thoughtfully provided basic staples, such a spices. Cons: - This is a second floor apartment with fairly steep, narrow stairs. This could be an issue for someone with impaired mobility or heavy or bulky luggage. The bathroom is also pretty small. Again, probably only an issue for someone with limited mobility.
