Hilton Head Beach Villa 16 - Casa adosada con vista al mar de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños

Esta villa con vista al mar está diseñada en tres niveles con unidades de puerta de vidrio de pared a pared y de piso a techo en el nivel principal (cocina / comedor / sala de estar) y el nivel inferior para maximizar las vistas del océano y la piscina. Pisos en todos los niveles es baldosas de cerámica. Los dos dormitorios principales tienen moqueta. esta unidad está completamente actualizada y diseñada por un diseñador para brindar una experiencia lujosa y de alto nivel.

El nivel de vida principal ofrece una cocina bien equipada con gabinetes de madera, encimeras de granito, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (incluyendo lavaplatos y microondas) y una amplia mesa para seis personas. Los cómodos muebles de la sala de estar contigua son el lugar perfecto para reunirse y mirar sus programas o películas favoritas en el televisor LCD de 32 pulgadas. Lleve su café de la mañana al balcón de la sala de estar / comedor. Es un gran lugar para disfrutar de las vistas y los sonidos del océano.

Dos dormitorios principales están ubicados en el nivel superior y cada uno cuenta con una cama king-size, TV LCD y baño privado con ducha. Un baño también tiene una bañera separada. El tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales se encuentra en el nivel inferior de la sala familiar. Un baño en el nivel de entrada sirve esta habitación. Los tres baños completos han sido totalmente remodelados con plomería nueva, accesorios, iluminación, gabinetes y pisos y duchas de azulejos de cerámica.

Sala de lavandería con lavadora / secadora se encuentra en el nivel de entrada. La sala familiar es un segundo lugar de reunión para ver televisión o jugar. Con los reproductores de DVD y la estación de conexión para iPod, debería haber algo para todos. Un sofá cama Queen y sillones mullidos también hacen de este un lugar acogedor para leer un buen libro. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen a su propio patio privado con sillas, mesa y parrilla, así como a los jardines tipo parque con dos piscinas (para adultos y niños) con una gran terraza para tomar el sol y tumbonas. Un poco más allá del área del jardín es el acceso privado a las famosas playas de arena de Hilton Head Island.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and comfortable! I was so pleased with the comfort of the beds. We were a short walk to the beach. The pool was under renovation, but this did not bother me at all.

Great location

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.

Love this condo

We have stayed at this property in the past but not this specific unit. We came back to Hilton Head Villas mostly because of the location and villa lay-out. It was just as described and pictured. The only issue we had was a blown fuse and no key to open electrical box but Michael responded quickly and came to handle the situation. This rental company has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend this unit and Premier host. We had a wonderful week with great weather many memories. We will be back!

Staff was super helpful when we had a small maintenance issue. Would be nice if some storage containers had been provided for kitchen use. The trash/recycling policy and additional charge for not bagging these items properly is frowned upon though. We've never seen this before in any other condo in HHI. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful place for multigenerational vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely villa. The kitchen is fully stocked with baking and cooking pans. The appliance in the kitchen are state of art. The refrigerator keeps everything wonderfully cool. The dishwasher is quiet an cleans everything. The beds are very . comfortable. Four concerns:1. The rug in the living areas is slippery. We had my mother with me who is older and removed the rug from the area due to a falling hazard.2. The bathroom upstairs with just a shower, the floor is very slippery.3. The washer and dryer are older. The work fine but are loud to run.4 The place truly needs a deep cleaning. Their were cob webs on the ceilings and the floors where dirty.

Everything was dusty, hanging off the walls in the living room. Moldy shower which I’m sure is very hard to keep clean in that environment, a little bleach would go a long way. Would have been nice to have a working ice machine, and the lack of curtains in the main living area is really needed. Not only for privacy but the unit got very warm during the day. The beds were amazing, can’t say enough about them.

The condo is in need of a deep cleaning but overall is very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Vacation Time of Hilton Head are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any concerns. Kudos to Stephanie and Jimmy! We had a plumbing issue that was handled quickly. Jimmy also followed up with us later in the week just to be sure all was well.

Perfect family vacation rental on the beach

A broken faucet in second bath upstairs was replaced promptly when maintenance discovered it would not be reparable. We were able to fix breakfast daily and a few other meals with the equipped kitchen. Beach chairs stowed out back were convenient to take to the beach since we had been unable to bring our own. Loved the ocean view from the upper balcony. Easy access to beach was great for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. We loved riding our bikes down the beach and the location was perfect for that. Pillows were too hard for our comfort but bed was comfortable. Overall, condo lived up to it online presentation and we couldn't have been happier. We would return in a heartbeat!

We were, however, absolutely delighted with the rental property. It was the perfect location for a family holiday. The property was ideal, very well appointed and HHI is a fantastic resort. Good stay at the beach

We had plenty of room to spread out (6 people in our family). There were a couple of issues that I thought we should not have had to deal with since we paid a lot of money to stay here. The ice machine was broke upon arrival, and when I called, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. They never did. They also wanted the garbage bagged a certain way, but did not leave the supplies to do so. When we called about that, we were told that WE could stop at the office and pick it up. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $2500 a week, we should not have to pick up something that they were supposed to provide. It was very close to the beach, which was nice. The view of the ocean was not as clear as was described. It was located in the heart of Hilton Head, which was great. We could walk or bike most places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Beach Villas for five years now and we absolutely love it here. It is close enough to Coligny for walks home along the beach after an evening out. Everything you need for your stay is present at the condo. This year the cleanliness was not quite up to standard, but this was reported the management company. I did get an opportunity to return to unit after we vacated as we had forgitton something and it looked and smelled really clean. The management company are wonderful and help out with any problems you may have.
