Great Location

Great place for a quick Labor Day get away! Had everything we needed! In walking distance to the beach and bay and to several restaurants. Would definitely recommend 😊

Excellent stay!

Perfect spot in beach haven, walking distance to the beach, shops, & restaurants. House was extremely clean, spacious, host was so accommodating and responsive to any questions I had prior. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Beach stay with little kids

Christy was very responsive and the place was great. The location was good and we could walk to the beach and restaurants with our little kids. The place was kid friendly and my children loved it.

Great spot for your LBI vacation!

Very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. The deck was lovely and we definitely got a leg work out on the stairs. It was nice to have the badges, plenty of extra beach equipment and the beach carts were key. Close to everything and plenty of parking.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! We are even making plans for next year! The house was very clean and roomy. Extra perks of the outdoor space, shower and the beach chairs/ wagon. As busy and the island was, we were very surprised at how quiet and family friendly it was. I also loved the fact that you can see the bay and ocean from the property, both easily walkable.

Beautiful home & great getaway

House is so welcoming! Went for a quick few days getaway and it was wonderful. Christy made the process so effortless from booking to checking in. Pictures are exactly what rental looked like. Very clean, immaculate home. Quick walk to beach. Deck was very nice to use for morning coffee and in the evening for relaxing. We walked to everything. Would absolutely recommend for a wonderful vacation!

The house was lovely.

In the people from the week before I had broken a handle on a pure and also broken the drain in the bathtub and we were told someone would be coming to fix those items but no one ever did. The house is very clean and well equipped

Early season getaway

What a fun early season getaway! It was the week between the last week of our daughter's preschool and the start of summer camp, and we came for a short getaway from Wednesday through the weekend. Weather was cooler but perfect for the beach in my opinion. This house is adorable and just as listed. Great location close to Beach Haven but quieter. They have chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards to borrow which was great not to have to being those down. Christy was great with communication and wven offered linens which was a great help as well. The place was very clean and comfortable. The porch overlooked the boulevard and a gas station but it was still nice to sit out there with coffee and tou could see the sunset over the bay. Short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely Rental

The apartment was clean and neat. We had what we needed there for a great week at the shore. Location is great for beach/bay/restaurant access. The deck was nice for morning coffee and happy hour. It was great to have the huge garage which fit 2 cars and had plenty of room for beach carts, etc. The only negative I had was that the gas station across the street was distracting and unsightly when you were out on the deck. We kinda solved by angling our chairs towards the other direction. Not a big deal and can't be helped. Overall a great rental - we would stay there again for sure!

Clean, convenient, consistent

This was the third time we have stayed at this property. Every time it is impeccably clean and the owner is excellent at communicating. We like that the house is centrally located and you can walk many places or it’s a short drive. Thanks for another excellent vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time here! The house is clean and comfortable. Christy and her husband were available and helpful in answering any questions we had. Very close to attractions like Fantasy Island/ Bay Village. Highly recommended!!

Immaculate, stress free LBI rental

Clean, clean, clean!

This property was spotless and perfectly appointed. Nothing was missing and everything was just in the right place. Received immediate replies from Christy to our questions. During our September stay, the traffic noise from the Boulevard was only a minor issue. Views of the moonrise from the deck were awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Adorable!

My family and I stayed at Christy's place and had a wonderful time. It was just the right size for a family of 5 and in a great location. Yes, it was on a main street and a bit noisy if you have young children but you are also within walking distance to many establishments and a super short stroll to the beach. Christy was SO communicative and helpful and we would definitely rent from her again!

Girls Getaway

From the moment we walked into the unit we knew this was going to be the perfect end of summer getaway. It did not disappoint! There was not one thing we can say needed improving. Looking forward to next year! The unit was extremely clean! Outside shower was perfect, having the sand chairs, badges and umbrellas on property was very helpful and appreciated! Every necessity was within walking distance. This rental is a 10 out of 10!!!!!

Comfortable

Bright and spacious, we were all very comfortable during our stay. It’s an easy walk to the beach but with chairs and other beach stuff, we were grateful to have the beach cart provided by the property owner. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing vacation

I stayed at this location with my college aged daughters and their friends. It was perfect for our needs. The garage is HUGE and we had plenty of room to store our bikes safely inside. Although the house worked perfectly for us, I would not stay here with young children or elderly who might have trouble with stairs because it is on the 3rd floor. The walk to the beach is a little over 2 blocks. The outdoor shower is great, along with the shed containing some beach items, including a cart. The backyard is a really nice space to hang out as well.

Girl's weekend

We all enjoyed our stay, house was clean and neat. It is very close to the main avenue so there was a bit of road noise. Otherwise it's close to the beach and bay, and shopping/dining.
