Palm Villa es una casa de campo de estilo de Nueva Inglaterra y una escapada a los Cayos de Florida, todo en uno. El techo de la sala principal abovedada da a esta nueva construcción casa una sensación muy abiertos, mientras que los muebles elegantes lamentables crean un ambiente acogedor. El follaje tropical alrededor de la piscina climatizada crea un oasis privado en la parte de atrás, con sillas de descanso y una barbacoa. Sólo un corto paseo de 5 minutos a la playa del Golfo de México. Esta sorprendente propiedad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños es perfecta para sus vacaciones en la isla Anna Maria.

Los 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos constan de 2 master suites independientes, cada uno con sus propias duchas de azulejos y vidrio y espaciosos armarios (la suite de arriba se abre a un balcón). El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y un baño completo. Todas las habitaciones y el salón principal disponen de TV de pantalla plana de alta definición.

Los propietarios de esta casa han estado viniendo a la isla desde que eran jóvenes, y ellos se han comprometido a que le da una experiencia de Anna Maria Island agradable. Un vagón de playa (para suministros de playa), sillas de playa, sombrilla también se proporcionan. Disfruta de los juegos de mesa, un surtido de DVDs, libros y Apple TV!

Amazing House and pool..

Amazing home and pool. Very cozy, clean and great decor. Table and bench in pool was a big plus for adults. Sit and watch the kids play from inside the pool. My only complaint would be second floor bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house.

Good Rental

Overall the stay was very good - other reviews are very accurate. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, the upstairs bedroom does not cool off as quickly as the downstairs ones even with two fans running. Definitely should have a wall AC unit to assist. We had some minor maintenance issues that the property management company did a great job to address, they were responsive for sure. The Fridge wasn't getting cold and they sent a guy they next day and it was fixed. Two consecutive nights the smoke alarm batteries started chirping at 3 a.m. - the ceilings are very high so there was nothing that could be done at that time. They fixed the first night - we were surprised when they went off the second night, thought they would change them all at once. The parking - t's covered in the manual in the house, but it's not the first thing you think to look at when you check in. We were parked within the property lines on a gravel area just off the driveway, but got a citation because the car was parked in the wrong direction - we didn't think twice as we were within the property lines - not on a street. Overall the unit is great, it's about six blocks from the beach, the pool is a joy at the end of the day, it's stocked well in the kitchen and the beach chairs / wagon are perfect. This unit is a 5 star unit - we unfortunately experienced a few disappointing things, but we'll rent it again!

We had a great time!

We had a great time! Oh great location free trolley picks up at the end of the street takes you all over the island. You can hop on and hop off at different beaches and shops. The pool was very nice and I had a nice outdoor table and lounge chairs. If you’re planning to barbecue may think that the barbecue is rusted and falling apart on the inside.

Beautiful home in great location

Home is fantastic and perfectly laid out. Pool and patio are amazing. Easy walk to beach. A few issues - last guests welcome card and feedback form were left, leaving us questioning if housekeeping had done thorough job. Ice/water dispenser weren’t working. There was a note that maintenance was coming “Monday” but never came. Had plenty of towels but only three washcloths total for six people for seven nights. Asked for more and they left three more on the porch. Had to do a Target run to buy my own. Not fun to have to wash towel loads every day just to have clean washcloths. And lastly, housekeeping sat in front of the house from 9:15am until we pulled out at 9:58am. Was awkward to be loading up and having someone sit there waiting.
