This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Beautiful Condo!!!

It was a girls trip (family). Accommodations were perfect. Amenities were great. Loved the restaurant and corner market on property. The beach was clean. Chairs were available if needed for rent. Very family oriented property. The only small issue is that it lists a heated pool and hot tubs. Since it’s March/April, the pool was cool to cold. The temps changed daily. The hot tubs were hot and cold daily too. Not sure if there was a heating problem going on, but that needs attention and fixing. Complete beach access also was great. Would come back here without a doubt. The ocean view was incredible.

Trouble in Paradise

It was wonderful mostly! On Wednesday night at about 2:30 AM I woke up to shouting and a loud sound like a motor running. I got up to see what was going on. There were 2 workers outside. They appeared to be power washing the top of some kind of vent on top of the little food place next to the pool. Very loud and very disturbing.

Some issues with this stay

Good location, condo is ok but the bath and drinkIng water contained visibile black particles and silt. We bought bottled water for drinking and cooking. They also had the parkIng deck closed for repairs and lots of noise from the work going on and inconvenience with parking, which was not disclosed at booking. The residents in the unit below came up and complained about noise...we are both in our 60's and very considerate....not sure what they were hearing, but I'll bet it was the work going on with the parking deck. All these little things added up to an uncomfortable stay.

Great location/access to beach and pool

Condo was pretty clean and stocked well with what we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of blankets, pillows, sheets, towels and kitchen stuff. My only issue is the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Springs stuck into my sides leaving me tossing and turning. And the bed frame was broken so the whole bed rocked when someone rolls over. I ended up sleeping in the guest bed with my toddler and that mattress wasn't great either, but better. Overall I would stay in this unit again. This is nothing on the condo itself, just the management company: They turned off our keys before we left. I got locked out at 8 am while taking the trash out. Thankfully my husband was still inside with our 2 small children but this is a very unsafe circumstance to put a family in.

New Mattress

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful , one of the prettiest condos we have stayed in at the board walk . However they need new mattresses , they were hard as a rock , we finally slept on the pull out bed and it was more comfortable not great but comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They condo was not very clean. Hair in bathroom, dirty dishes, recliner was filthy (they did come clean it). Sink would not drain ( they never showed up to fix it). TV would not work they did show up and fixed it late for us not sure why they did not call and or tell us time he was coming if extra lock was not on he would have came in on us sleeping. Even the curtains had stains all over them. The toilet in the master bathroom even wobbled when you set on it. I even had to go to Walmart to buy pillow cases and cleaning supplies. I feel like we paid too much money for all this to be wrong. We have stayed at the Boardwalk at least two other times and never been this unacceptable.

Reviewer Comments: the condo was pristine. tasteful, comfortable, VERY clean. very pleased with condo owners. the management company that runs the building was disappointing. it seemed they shut down the great pool any chance they could:fix a tile, fix stairs going to pool, workers on roof, storm 10 miles away{even though not 1 cloud throughout closer. they female staff were jewels but a percentage of the male staff had Barney Fife syndrome. I understand repairs must be made, but all in one week, and obviously the pool is a major asset to a Florida vacation. Even so I'd go to this condo again

Short stay but enjoyable

Its in a great location. On the beach and close to everything. If I had to critique some things, the master bed was pretty uncomfortable and they wouldnt let our food delivery bring the food to our door. We had to go meet them downstairs, which was a hassel. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Would do it again

With my Condo the only issue was needed a better broom or vacuum the sand was an endless struggle Just to be clear the room clean on arrival

Good location, not so good condo

The condo itself was very dirty. The furnishings need replacing immediately. The king bed was the worse bed I’ve ever slept on! We were told the condo needed extra time to be cleaned due to COVID-19 regulations, but it was clear the condo had not been deep cleaned in a very long time. I had to go around and wipe doors off and clean because we have a toddler and obviously don’t want to catch the virus. Even the walls appear dirty. For the amount paid, we were expecting a clean and updated condo. We had friends staying on a different floor, and they paid around the same as us, but their room was exceptional. The resort itself was pretty nice. The beach was wonderful! I will say though, the ground level parking area smells of rotting garbage and it’s very strong. We will not be staying in this condo again, or using Royal American, but would possibly stay at this resort again.

Overall experience was nice!

My family and I actually loved PCB. The condo was convenient and very well kept. I was surprised by how spacious this condo actually was. The elevators were right on time and the pool staff were always right around the corner to help with any needs. My husband and I enjoyed the on site tiki bar, my kids enjoyed the ice cream bar. The condo has a quiet time after 10pm which is enforced and was a bonus. We had friends stay in a near by condo that did not have this rule and were kept up all night with late nighters. I only have a few complaints about this particular condo, when we first arrived the floors were obviously not mopped being I have an infant son who was crawling around and was covered with dirt, the TV’s do not work ( we enjoyed the family time week of no tv but for a family who likes to watch TV this would have been a big problem), as a family of 6 a few more towels would have been nice and the pillows in the master bedroom NEED to be replaced. I would definitely stay in this condo again in the future when my family plans to return to PCB. Thank you for hosting our family...~The Huggins Herd!
