This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great place to stay!

We loved our time at this Boardwalk Beach Resort. The room is just as pictured, and the view is spectacular! The resort itself was wonderful and was a great location close to many restaurants and activities that PCB provides. We would stay here again.

Can't beat the view!

A great condo with an even better view. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed the short walk to the beach every day. Having a pool and the tiki hut for food/drinks was a nice plus!! We will definitely be back.

This was our second time renting this in less than a year and we absolutely love it! The workers there are very friendly and recognized us when we came back. Great view and happy to have found this place!

Overall Good Experience

We stay at The Boardwalk Beach Resort every year. This unit was clean, good communication from property management. The king size bed was so uncomfortable. Probably the worst I’ve ever slept in. The balcony furniture cushions were ripped.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented a lot of condos in Florida and this one was the biggest disappointment. I invited my best friend and her fiancé to come vacation with us and stay in this condo. The kitchen barely had any pots or pans. Luckily, we didn’t cook much. We couldn’t even if we wanted to. The furniture was dirty and grimy. Really didn’t want to sit on any of it....outdoor furniture was worn and nasty too. The master had no dresser. I hung everything I could but ran out of hangers. We drove so I had packed in totes and duffle bags. My husband lived off the floor. I finally put my stuff in a linen closet that had no linens in it. The whole condo was ridiculous. My thoughts are that the owners had not been to their condo in years and the management company didn’t do their job. Interesting only 2 reviews on the said condo. I’m wondering if this honest review will make it to the listing. I have a feeling there have been other bad reviews. The condo has great potential but not as it is. I have stayed at the Boardwalk before and had a studio. It was fantastic. The tiki bar restaurant is the best. The pool is nice but this time it was a little funky. I doubt I will stay on this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was okay, but the outdoor sofa pictured is not what was on the balcony. This was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I chose this unit. The chairs in the living room are old and need to be replaced. The kitchen sink stunk upon our appears something was left in the disposal to rot as was not in working order. We moved the rug in the entryway to the storage closet as we found it to be a slipping hazard, after slipping on it and falling hard and landing on my wrist. It should be replaced with a rubber backed rug that won't slip. It was nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom, but the master bedroom needs a dresser as well. There wasn't anything to put your clothes in, which I think is essential when staying for 9 days. The view from the balcony was nice. It was nice to have a beach chair and umbrella to use.
