The third bedroom is a cozy bunk room, equipped with two twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. *All bathrooms have a blow dryer*

Brockington Marsh is located in a quiet neighborhood - centrally located shopping and dining at all the island favorites - award winning BBQ at Southern Soul (featured on the Food Network).

A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. The neighborhood is also great for walking so you can easily and safely explore on foot as well!

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
