UNIT 1 - Villa Paradiso
Level One:
Walk through the front door to the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen including an induction stovetop, dining and cozy living room complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The sliding doors open to reveal a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill, propane provided. Lounge by the gas fire pit on the front terrace or indulge in lawn games while listening to the crashing waves.

Level Two:
Luxury living for your guests on this level with a king guest room, a bunk room with two bunks and en suite bath, and a second king guest room with full bathroom off the hallway. This level also features a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

Level Three:
Let’s talk about the views! The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, large ensuite floor to ceiling marble bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower, separate water closet, and huge private balcony with seating area and stunning ocean views! The game room complete with shuffleboard, ping pong and arcade games also has a full size daybed for any overflow guests. There is a full bathroom off the hallway for your guests. This level also has a coffee bar and a wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy access. No need to go down to the kitchen for your coffee in the morning!

UNIT 2 - Gilded Palms
Level One:
Walk through the front door to the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen including an induction stovetop, dining and cozy living room complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The sliding doors open to reveal a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill, propane provided. Walk to the beach just steps away with all the provided necessary beach gear and rinse off in the outdoor shower complete with hot water and luxury paraben-free personal care products.

Level Two:
Luxury living for your guests on this level with 3 private king guest rooms, a full bathroom off the hallway and a powder room. This level also features a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

Level Three:
Let’s talk about the views! The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, large ensuite floor to ceiling marble bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower, separate water closet, and huge private balcony with seating area and stunning ocean views! The game room complete with foosball and shuffleboard also has access to the beautiful spacious balcony.

Our property is pet-friendly! However, we kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing cats due to allergies.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

PET FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
