This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14379.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway then up an exterior step to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Disappointing stay this year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Snow Creek properties every time we go to Mammoth for over 30 years. We have always had great experiences that have kept us coming back. This time was a bit disappointing. We like to open our windows at night to enjoy that nice cool fall air but only one of the three windows in the bed room had screens on it so we went to open the bathroom window to get a nice cross breeze and that didn’t have a screen on it either. In he morning we tried to turn the heat on to warm things up when we awoke but the heater was not working right and took forever to warm the condo up in the morning. Another disappointment was that there were no directions for the living room TV and we could not get it to turn on. So no TV all weekend. There were big cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom and in the corner of the living room. I cleaned them up myself. The toilet in the master bath barely flushes and needs to be replaced. The sink in the master bath needs a new aerator so that it doesn’t spray sideways when you turn it on. Lastly, the carpet needs either cleaning or replacing it was quite dirty. So overall our stay at Snowcreek was not the quality that we have come to expect over the past 30 years. Seems like quality control has gone downhill. Disappointing stay!!

Has definitely seen some use, could use a little TLC on some things around the house, but didn’t really affect our stay. The location is a little far if trying to get to the mountain on a crowded winter weekend, not walkable many places. I would prefer to be closer to a lodge/shuttle stop, but nice if you want to be on the edge of town, you can still drive anywhere quickly. I would stay there again.

Fall weekend get away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Snowcreek #903 for a weekend fall getaway. The condo was adequate and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. However there were a few things that needed attention. The bed pillows were rock hard and there were no other pillows for guests that don’t prefer rock hard pillows. There were quite a few cobwebs on living room ceiling and on fireplace moose head. The shower door bar fell off when my husband tried to open the shower door. The faucet in the master bedroom squirted water from the top when turned on and in need of repair. Other than that we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time there.

The resort takes Covid-19 precautions by leaving a clean bag of towels and providing clean bed coverings. The fireplace is easy to turn on and off with a remote control. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking lot to the front door, but it's not that bad. We would stay here again.

The unit has multiple issues — broken kitchen faucet; inadequate water heater — can’t tell you how awesome it was to take cold showers first thing on a November morning; sink hardware that was old and difficult to use; garbage disposal that didn’t work and no one came to fix during our stay; entire unit was outdated. Overall, very underwhelming and disappointing. I don’t believe the PM staff properly cleaned the unit before our arrival. Furniture and bathroom no wiped down well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needs to upgrade appliances. Stove/oven falling apart. Pots and pans were limited and sub grade. Light fixtures in kitchen, broken and or burned out. I am sure the owners have nicer stuff in their home. Seems like they stock rental with their old rejects. Pillows too big and hard, not comfortable to sleep on.

Very enjoyable

Condo was very nice and pretty clean. Day 1...The smoke detectors needed new batteries and internet didn’t work. But by day 2 everything was dialed in and we enjoyed our stay. I would rent this condo again.
