Wonderful vacation rental on the beach 3 rd floor with high ceilings, kitchen well stocked and deck with bbq was great, pool very nice with umbrellas, walked to surf every morning zippers close by, this is a great value slept 4 easily, Cabo was warm a a great destination

Very easy check-in transition from the airport, very responsive communication throughout the entire process. Great suite and property too. Combine that with the great price a great experience. Thanks to everyone who helped make it great!

Nice place in a great location. Only thing it lacks is a restaurant/bar on site, but there are several close by so it's not an overly big deal.Highly recommend.

Great views of the beach and water. Can't swim too much right there but swimming beach wasn't too far away. The place was great. Lots of really good, high quality touches like cookware and linens. Really such a nice place. I would highly recommend it.

Birthday Celebrations!

We enjoyed 10 days of sun and relaxation at this lovely condo. Our days were started with the beautiful sunrise on the patio. So many whales to watch! Its easy to walk to several very good restaurants.

My partner and I brought a 1 year old for a beach vacation and had a wonderful time staying here. The beach views are great and we spent time at the pool every day. There's a couple restaurants just a short walk down the beach. We bought groceries and made many meals during our stay, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pool cups, and cookware. The pool is very close (30 steps away) and is right off the beach but something to note is the pool viewable from the balcony is a different resort. Would hope to come back and would highly recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as shown in photos. We loved how quiet this unit was. The beach view from the balcony was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The air conditioning worked great and we were very comfortable. The filtered water was great to have also. Our daughters loved the two swimming pools. And we really enjoyed walking along the beach. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher as washing dishes for four people took a lot of time, but we knew there was not a dishwasher when we reserved. We did use the kitchen a lot, which was great because going out to eat was quite expensive nearby. And there was a lot of traffic due to construction. We had a wonderful day and we would definitely stay here again!

February 2025 stay

Very nice unit, check in was easy. the beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy.Enjoyed seeing the whales and Devil rays from our balcony. Was not an issue for us but its a third floor unit that only has stairs. You also have to be careful of the step down livingroom and step down bedroom. Quiet location, the complex was very clean.Our front doorstep and surrounding walkwas were swep everyday . Felt very safe with the onsite security
