Wonderful Stay

Clean, we had a parking spot right out front, the balcony always had a nice breeze, and steps from the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars around - we particularly liked the Alambique Beach Lounge nearby. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!

Great stay!

This was a perfect location and space for our family. The pool was larger than expected and the beach was right there and never too crowded during our stay. Great communication from hosts. Close to restaurants and our car rental place was conveniently located across the street.

Great family stay

Property was great .... location is excellent and the beach is beatiful. I rented 3 apartments, for me, my husband and my 2 daughters and their families. We had a great week even with the earthquake.

Amazing !!!

This was by far the best vacation I’ve had with my family location was amazing close to everything, apartment was beautiful clean and provided all we needed. They had boogie boards baby float Pool noodles and even a cooler and beach chairs there for our use. Couldn’t have asked for anything better !!! I will most definitely be booking with Yary and Victor in the future

Great Location Conveniently located to Everything

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Location is awesome, we always stay at these buildings, since they have a great pool, that is suitable for kids and beach access. Apartment was clean, had everything needed and had a greate view. Yary and Victor were very responsive as well. Honestly I dont think its suitable for 6 people, living room sofa in my opinion is not really suitable for sleeping, I slept there for a few days, but was very uncomfortable, also most pillows in the aprtment were very flat. One of the beds in bedroom also was not very comfortable, other than that it was great! We had everything that was needed for our stay!

Great little apartment!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as described. The AC worked great. There was everything we needed. Walgreens across the street, close to everything, easy for ride share pick up. The parking spot was a very nice bonus! The view, beach and pool access - all good. The bed and the couch in the bedroom were comfortable, the couch in the living room wasn't suitable for two larger adults, but okay for one adult. Water pressure in shower - good. Beach towels and beach toys/chairs were provided, enough chairs and plates for 4-6 people. Quiet at all hours, but no blackout curtains. Cable TV and WiFi good. We stayed for 6 nights with our two older teen children and the space worked for us. Location was perfect!!! Pool was good, laundry $2.50 downstairs, quarters are available from the guard, but we had to buy the whole thing of detergent from walgreens.

This condo is located on a very busy road, with cop cars everywhere, there was a cop mobile unit parked right at the entrance of the gates of this community with its lights flashing all day and night. It was difficult getting into the resort. The condo was clean and the AC worked, when there is power. It is located near the beach. We were there for 4 nights, on the day we were scheduled to get our engagement pictures done we lost power for over 12 hours. Cold showers, no electronics to get ready, no AC...pictures did not come out great. Next morning we woke up and lost power again within an hour. We were to check out that morning, we had to pack in the dark and were unable to wash our dirty laundry, and cold showers again. The host offered no compensation at all. At the minimum I asked if they could mail me my 100 hair straightener that I didn't pack because it was in the dark bathroom in the cupboard. They finally said they would, I've waited 2 weeks, 3 weeks since we left, and no hair straightener. I vacation often, and this was probably one of the worst vacations I've had based simply on where we stayed. Stay somewhere with power, someplace outside of this area and find a host who is more accommodating.

Family vacation success

I came with my 5 childern. Ages 10mth- 17yrs and all of us enjoyed our stay. It was truly a home away from home! Everything we needed was already in the apartment for us. The host was only a phone call Way which was a comfort. Dont wait book this home!

Much Needed Get Away

We really had a nice rejuvenating visit to Isla Verdi. Our stay at Marabella Caribe Este was very comfortable. Beach view and access was great. Restaurants across the street and casino within walking distance 5min. Host Yary and Victor were accessible to answer the few questions we had. Great place!

Amazing find!

Overall experience was great! Everything was true to description. Would definitely rent again. Only complaint I have were the chairs, umbrella and basketball provided were broken but the beach has chairs and umbrella rentals at a great price so it was fine.

Clean, safe and a short to the beach, groceries and restaurants.

A truly nice property, clean and safe. Yary and Victor were very easy to communicate with and they respond immediately. Liked the location of the property. A very short walk to the beach, restaurants, souvenir stores and groceries, Walgreens and CVS included. It is also a short drive from the airport and the historic places in San Juan. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

The condo is centrally located to everything and the beach is beautiful. The condo is nice and clean however in need of some basic upkeeping; vent in shower is missing, tiles on the floor are cracked/chipped, pantry door/walls need touch up. We were excited to hear the condo came with beach accessories, sports equipment, and games however to much disappointment the cooler was broken and there were no sports equipment as stated in listing. The listing also states condo has high quality linen, which to much of our disappointment our first night we encountered a huge tear in it. The owners however were responsive and exchanged the quilt the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the condo needs some TLC and listing needs to be updated to reflect what is made available to guests and current condition of it.

Anniversary Stay

Our 15 year anniversary at this property was exactly what we hoped for, affordable, clean, near the beach, and secure. All of those requirements were met and exceeded! Yary & Victor made themselves available and were very responsive to our questions. Everything we needed to get started with our stay was in the property. Everything else you could want or need was within walking distance, including a Walgreens right across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Puerto Rico. Tip: If you are not renting a car use Uber to get around if something is beyond walking range (not available from the ariport).

GREAT APARTMENT AND LOCATION

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. IT WAS CONVIENIENT, QUIET, CLEAN AND SAFE. THE BEACH IS LOCATED RIGHT BEHIND THE APARTMENT, WHICH IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS, IF YOU WANT TO SEE DIFFERENT THINGS, RENT A CAR. TAXIS CAN GET QUITE EXPENSIVE. OTHER THAN THAT, WE HAD A BLAST. YARY AND VICTOR WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN FROM THEM!!

Perfect vacation!

We had a perfect vacation in a perfect location. Beach side apartment in a clean, safe environment. Close to everything! Our family experienced the best of Puerto Rico. With underground parking provided at the apartment complex, we were able to rent a car for a week and easily visit Old San Juan, the forts, the rainforest, and Pinones for delicious empanadas. Highly recommended! Thank you Yary & Victor for your special attention to our family!

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed the condo. Close to airport (5 min). Laundry facility on site was clean/nice. I took my 87 y/o mother and it was perfect for her. Walking distance to beach & pool. View from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was just like it looked on website: Spacious and super clean. Building/parking lot Security was good-gated, condo staff were very nice and friendly. The owners (Victor and Yary) were easily assessable and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing happy place for us!

First, working with the owners, Yary and Victor, was a pleasure. The two are kind and courteous, not to mention the flexibility they had for our arrival and departure times and preparing the apartment. The apartment is clean, clean, clean!! The amenties were clean, good quality and we had everything we needed. The space is welcoming and was just perfect for my boyfriend and me. We enjoyed the balcony every morning with coffee and a beautiful view. It was a happy space for us when we had down time. The walk to the beach, the bus and local businesses was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this apartment again!! Not one complaint from us. It was perfect and we are thankful!!
